Ordered food in drive thru. Stated using app for buy X, get X free. Paid. Receipt looked ok but unaware of what should look like being a first time app customer. At food window, short free drink. Asked where drink was, associate got manager, Andrea. Her face from second 1 was turse and rude. Calmly telling me with daggers coming out of her eyes at me, that it's my responsibility as a first time app user, to make sure at check out, that she scans app for free drink. What? Seriously? So, I have to know your internal training process to get the value your company provides on an app? She held up the entire drive thru line for 10 minutes as I grappled to understand this rude behavior or her "managerial" response. It's not the $1.06 I paid additionally, due to the issue, it's the rude, condescending, smug treatment by this young lady. I dont know what they're teaching their staff at McDonalds College, but she should be fired for her behavior, how she handled it in addition to the delay in servicing all the customers behind me. All over $1.06. Is this what this generation is being taught? I'd be embarrassed if I owned this location and employed Andrea. She certainly doesn't belong in front of customers.

Read moreSo I usually come here maybe 1-2 times a week. Have a busy schedule, and they usually do really well, at least at night time. There is one gentleman who is kind and always gets our order right, ask how our day is and it's always fresh. Well today, I ordered 3 mchickens, 1 cheeseburger, 1 large fry, an mnm mcflurry and a large dr.pepper. first of all the sandwich were fine, could've been put together better, and the mcflurry was fine too. But the fries and dr.pepper. I can't tell which one was more messed up. The fries were SOGGY and loaded with so much salt there was clusters of it on almost all the fries. And the Large Dr.Pepper. It wasn't the right color and I shouldve known something was up since it looked watered down. It tastes like they had a little dr.pepper put a little sprite and than the rest water. It was disgusting and the fact that the girl in the window gave that out is horrid. So I'll never be eating at this McDonalds again since yall obviously hired some lazy...

I had a longer wait than usual as they were unexpectedly short staffed- the young man behind the counter was phenomenal, he was doing SO MUCH and working so hard to keep up, and the manager was apologetic and working hard as well. It's really too bad that the employees that did show up that day, working their butts off were the ones that got yelled at and took all the customers' venom instead of the workers that didn't show up that day. Grumpy people demanding food, a lobby full of angry, impatient faces, a LONG drivethru line full of upset people in a hurry... The young man behind the front counter deserves serious recognition for his hard work- it really made my day to see his determination and positive attitude in a super tough situation! That's really rare to see these days (My visit was on 5/31, at 3:30 or so...in case management reads...
