First of all, the staff is absolutely wonderful kind, soft spoken, and the gentleman who took my order was very polite.
The food 100/100. Authentic flavors, perfectly done. My heart is full and so is my tummy.
They even offer free Indonesian coffee, tea, and both hot and cold water.
The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with beautiful cultural statues and local food items for sale. Prices are fair, and the whole experience just feels warm and genuine. I was in so much hurry to eat, I couldn’t even take a photo of my first meal. Everyone should come have a meal here. It’s that GOOD
I was seriously craving nasigoreng, and there aren’t many Indonesian restaurants around the DC area. I decided to try this place because of all the great reviews and I have to say, it did not disappoint. This is exactly the taste I remember from eating in...
Read moreExcited to have an Indonesian restaurant close by, and especially one as good as Artha Rini. They have so many appealing items on their menu; it was hard for us to decide what to get, but we were very happy with our selections and want to come back to try everything else.

In our case, that just gave us an opportunity to try more items.
We will...
Read moreArtha Rini Catering is actually a sit-down restaurant, the name can be misleading. The food's precooked and sitting in heated plates; You basically pick and choose what you want. The menu is very confusing since none of the food's labeled & it's assumed that you can order anything for your Rice Platter combo. However, 1/2 of the dishes're somehow excluded from the combo and can be expensive add-on. In the end of the day, it's about $20 for rice platter combo with 3 entrees after the confusing add-on.
Taste wise, it's very mixed. The Beef Rendang's enjoyable, but their Fried Fish & Gulai only tasted salty to me. It's also not very filling & not worth the price for me. However, I did go during their grand opening, so I do have high hopes of...
