Talia's Cucina is a Mediterranean kitchen made fresh and with great flavor profiles. The dine-in portion of the restaurant is small but the flavors coming out of the open space kitchen are huge and the result of true passion for the cooking. We started with the kalamata olive hummus. The hummus is for sale in a refrigerator inside the restaurant and they literally take the container from the fridge and serve it with some warm pita. The nice thing about this is that you can easily take your leftover hummus with you just by putting the lid back on. The hummus was very good and was not overpowered by the olives.
I had the 7-hour Lamb Wrap which had a roasted leg of lamb that has been marinated in Greek spices served on a pita with lettuce, feta tomato. The lamb was very flavorful, but it was heated back up in a skillet which I felt dried out some of the lamb and made it feel overcooked. I also got to try the chicken tacos which had great flavors but also suffered a bit in the final preparation. I was also disappointed with the homemade potato chips as they were not very crispy and had too much oil left on them at service. I would still recommend the wrap because the flavors are very well done.
If you come here and figure out the parking let me know. I am not sure I wasn't parked in another business's parking area and was thankful that the car was still there when we came out. I think this would be a much bigger challenge at lunchtime than it...
Read moreTalia’s Cuzina provided amazing food for our office staff lunch today. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit, and I would highly recommend it to others.
Firstly, I must say that the food was simply outstanding. The dishes were well-prepared, delicious and had the perfect balance of flavors and spices. The quality of ingredients used was evident in every bite, and it was evident that the chefs take great pride in their craft. Whether it was the appetizers, entrees, or desserts, every dish was consistently top-notch, and everyone in our office was thoroughly impressed.
In addition to the amazing food, the service provided by the restaurant was exceptional. The staff was courteous, attentive and accommodating, making sure our order covered everyone's needs. The staff member that took our over the phone order was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations on what, and how much to order. The overall experience was smooth, seamless and enjoyable.
Overall, I can confidently say that this restaurant exceeded our expectations, and it's definitely a place we would love to visit again. For office staff lunches, networking lunch, even visiting Talia’s Cuzina with my own family and friends. If you're looking for a restaurant that offers top-notch food and exceptional service, then this restaurant should be on the top of your list. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful...
Read moreThe food was obviously good but nobody who was prepping food was wearing any gloves, the prep who was handling the lettuce was grabbing it with his bare hands and the woman in the back didn't have any either. I told the cashier, and he got somewhat defensive when I said it was weird. His response was they wash their hands often and they have plenty of customers who come back. Mentioning it if it's something that matters to others, myself I'll be back to eat there and try something other than the chicken bowl.
EDIT: On second thought I find the lack of gloves absolutely disgusting. Am I to take your word that y'all clean your hands often. Do you clean the iPad that you take your orders on, do you clean the knobs on the doors to the bathroom and every other high traffic surface. I'm sure y'all got grime under your finger nails, I doubt y'all get regular manicures. I'm sure y'all scratch your face every so often. I've worked in several kitchens, as prep, as a line cook, and as a chef. Everyone always wore gloves and changed them regularly. The quality of your food doesn't excuse such negligent behavior. A simple suggestion: WEAR SOME...
