Aceituno's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Kent

I called and placed a catering order for 15 people. Their menu online said it was $149.85 (without taxes)but when I went to pay for the order, they charged me $194.85(without taxes). When asked about the difference, the answer I received was the menu online was outdated and the way the register works, it does not give them the option to choose "catering". The answer was not clear and I asked for a manager. I was told to leave my cell and they would call me back with an answer. They did not call me back. I called back the next day only to talk to the manager and her response was "the menu is outdated and they let the owners know". My only issue is that if I had placed the order online and paid for it online, I would have paid the $149.85 rather than the $194.85 and I am sure it would not have been an issue. I would have liked a better response and a more urgent one at that, rather than I having...

Love this place but the last 2 times they didn't get my order right. $1 extra for sour cream on a burrito is excessive, but two times in a row now I asked for it, paid for it, and it wasn't included. Might have to take my business elsewhere.

EDIT - Changing from 2 stars to 1. Went back once more and ordered the same thing, informed them of the prior missing sour cream. They didn't charge me for sour cream this time but put dang near a whole tub of sour cream in it, likely because I had a (legitimate) complaint of paying for something I wasn't getting. They clearly put waaaaay too much sour cream in it because of my complaint, making this burrito nearly inedible. I'd go here once-twice a week for lunch but never again now. Very disappointed. Worst service...

I used to eat here a lot and now I go here once in a while.

Today, Im not happy with what I received. I ordered the steak fajita plate. When I opened it up and looked at it, it looked like it always had been. I usually mix the rice and refried beans together, and then I start making my fajitas. When I took some of the fajitas, I found that they had mixed in rice with it.

So basically, now, they give you tons of rice and a little bit of steak fajita. Next time I go there, if there is a next time, I will ask for no rice, what the point of having rice when they already have already mixed in with the fajitas. The only reason they are doing that now is to save on cost, thinking their customers won't notice.
