First off , I order Lunch from this site sometimes b/c it is the closest to my Job. But this Dominos SUCKS ! You guys need to hire people who WANT to work here , not people who don't give a damn about ANYTHING . Soooo unprofessional! My order is ALWAYS messed up ! & Yes I do pay for every thing that I order & the fact that you guys "forget" to give it to me is BS . I just left from this dominos . Ordered what I usually ordered & the guy who attended me today was looking around for what I ordered .... he came to the register w/ a BOX & was taking off the tape from the box & just quickly took out a salad, like ok ? If that's not unprofessional. Then he goes to get my dressing (for the salad) & he hands me 2 . I said "oh well I ordered ranch & ceaser" so he SNATCHED what he had handed me & went to go get what I REALLY ORDERED & PAYED FOR !!! No bag was provided for me like usual & I was just taking everything on top of the pizza box hoping nothing would fall off . Then come back to my job , I see that the pizza is NOT EVEN CUT !!!!!! I'm just RIPPING pieces off , it's RIDICULOUS! Read more[11Mar19] This place is soooo unprofessional and very rude!!! Placed my order via Domino's app. Per the app, this store was supposed to deliver to the addr where I was. The tracker stuck, so after 40 min I called to check on my order, this guy "Tanner" said, "We don't deliver at that address, we don't have your order....." Then gave me another phone # to call another store (at: 16260 Military Rd. S.) that he said was supposed to deliver instead. Turned out the second store didn't deliver my area either, we went back n forth, I had to give my cc# again to reorder, and this store was going to call that first store to tell them that it's THEM who was supposed to deliver at my addr..... meanwhile, the app said "Ross is on the way to deliver your pizza, left the shop at 11:33PM....." But 10 min later, the app said, "Your order has been cancelled." The manager from the second store tried to call that first store to straighten this mess out, that store hung up the phone on him!!! By then it's already after midnight, I first placed the order just a little after 10PM..... Ended up the second store's manager (Wesley) took my order and delivered it to me himself, I finally got the pizza, buffalo wings, and soda after 1AM.... and this mgr, he wasn't even on duty!! This store at 24130 Pacific Hwy S.... The manager, that "Tanner".... the whole crew should be fired!!!!! The corporate will hear about this, I can promise you. Read moreI'm not sure my humble words will dissuade any of you from ordering from this wretched establishment as Domino's is an outpost of necessity and a shrine to convenience rather than a beloved sanctum where the Gods of Pizza are honored and celebrated as is only right.
Tonight, I ordered basic pepperoni pizza. No difficult task. Sauce, cheese, scattered pepperoni. The simplest of requests! Surely, I thought to myself, SURELY this location produces dozens of pepperoni pizzas each day.
I soon discovered how misplaced was my faith in Domino's of Kent. I arrived home with my humble meal and lifted open the box to discover the MOST MONSTROUS OF SIGHTS - a dried out crust, spread sparingly with sauce, topped haphazardly with pepperoni, and, prepare yourself my friend, NO CHEESE. Never before had my eyes beheld such a gruesome sight, nor will my mind soon forget the horrors I have witnessed this night.
I called and gave them a chance to make it right, but as I was unable to leave home to pick up another pizza, and they apparently had no drivers available on this fateful night to deliver a corrected order, the individual with whom I spoke offered to credit my account.
