As a loyal customer of 5 years, I'm extremely disappointed. I used to love going here every day, literally every day, but unfortunately, with the inappropriate sexual nature of one specific manager and the unprofessional employees.
I have been going to Kaleafa a lot more than Greenside these days.
A lady who works there, I think, named Ronin, was very pushy with other budtenders while I was there. She is touchy to other budtenders.
Ronin is always flirting with customers and budtenders, I know because you can see it every single time you go to this dispo, and she has tried getting my brothers number on multiple occasions. It is disappointing that this location has become a brothel where this girl asks for numbers of customers for personal use, including interrupt the sale between another budtender and I at checkout just to flirt with them.
The way most of the budtenders treat greenside is unprofessional and often I see the budtenders on their phone or jumping around, goofing around.
Whenever I make a mobile order, I never get the products I ordered online and have to wait until they find the correct products I ordered and I end up waiting as long if not longer than people who didn't even make an online order. I never get a receipt which, the entire transaction is just more stress than needed for something so simple.
The budtenders, when asked for recommendations don't seem knowledgeable about the products, I thought the employees were supposed to have a little knowledge on the products, it's sad.
The price of the products are alright, they don't have quality brands so I often find myself going to a different dispo, they seem to be out of stock for most popular items so if you want to purchase from Greenside you'll have to settle for a substitute. I don't like that at all especially when I order online.
I'm repulsed, and I have shared by word of mouth this ongoing issue with a manager at Greenside.

I used to spend $100 or more a week here, their pricing and selection is just so bad now. I'll spend $100 every two weeks somewhere else and get more for my dollar. Try Lucid or Commencement Bay in Puyallup or anywhere north/west of Tukwilla.
Some specific pointers/issues: Their website frequently now has incorrect stock or prices, so you need to come into the store to not get hosed by bad pricing or selection. The provider they chose for their website the last time had a data leak and they needed to suddenly switch providers, I believe on more than one occasion. They jack their prices up near holidays due to proximity to the airport, meaning if you want $10.50 carts like you used to be able to get you need to drive out to Puyallup or all the way to the wealthier neighborhoods in renton lmao. They're opening another store in a wealthy area and jacking up prices at this one. Their other store consistently has better pricing and selection, but it's out of the way.
Some specific compliments/comments/suggestions: This isn't necessarily their fault -- all the dispensaries near the airport started doing this last november and december too, and their bad pricing and stock continued and has just gotten worse. Do me a favor, If your out of something I ordered please tell me when I'm picking up that order and "Let Me" decide if I want to order something in place of it, don't just substitute it without my consent or at the very least tell me when I'm standing there that it was substituted with something else so I can decide for myself what I want to smoke if I even want something else in place of it. This is not the first time this has happened. I know you're just trying to not lose a sale, I get that, but unless I ask what's a good replacement, don't just take it upon yourselves to choose for me, that's not just rude but also insulting as well. Please just say "hey were out of this would you like something else in place of it?" Then make a suggestion directly to me. And to not even say anything about it and it's not till i get home that i even see that's it's been substituted is what really ticks me off.
