The first time I attempted to order from this store I was immediately put on hold and spent a total of two hours there until I was hung up on. Then I called another store and they tried to get through then assumed they closed early because they were swamped. But there was no message on the phone system stating they weren't taking orders. By this time everything else was closed or out of food. So we ended up not eating hot dinner that night. Today I decided to be kind and try again (this is just the next night), at 3:45pm. Once again there is no message on the phone about being closed or extended wait times. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and called the other store again. There, a nice man started looking into the issue. But as of now I'm supposed to wait an hour and try again. Just as I was beginning to finish this review, I noticed that here in Google, it says that store is temporarily closed! There's no indication of this in the Domino's or online menus, searches. And if they are temporarily closed, why doesn't the answering system say so? I called the 104th st store in Kent to let them know, and was connected to manager Ryan. His answer was "Wow. That's above my pay grade." I explained all I had been through, why we needed delivery and how much the order was going to be for. His answers were asking the line of, well that's too bad. He wanted me to shell out for UberEATS or Doordash. I of course informed him if be taking my business elsewhere. What happened to the Domino's that stood by their service and stood by their product?

I don’t know why there are so many Negative Reviews. The only thing I don’t care for is How expensive Dominos has gotten but that’s not the stores fault. I will say that Man this Pizza is damn good, & I love My Pizza Cheesy & they sure did hook it up🙌. I am also impressed that My Pizzas were both very warm. I absolutely will order again. This is the 2nd time I got the same delivery driver that delivered to Airmark Apartments. He has an outstanding attitude & He said He was working someone else’s shift. I mean give him a raise🧐 Because He’s really friendly & He provides Excellent Customer Service. Thanks Dominos for being on top of your Game! Your Customer - Max Brown.

Asked for a veggie sandwich without the cheese due to my vegan diet, and was given this poor excuse as a sandwich. When I called the store for another sandwich, all they could offer was an excuse for the bare sandwich, and a free credit for next time. When asked if I could use the credit for them to deliver by tonight again, they said we’d have to wait an hour regardless of their mistake. Terrible service.

8/22/24 - Updating to a 4 star. We waited about 6 months before giving this location another go. The last 2 times we ordered, including tonight, have been much better. Tonight being the best we have had since living here in almost 3 years. Not sure what they are doing internally, but keep it up. The pizza has been hot and fresh. not burnt, not soggy, not under cooked. Hoping the upward trend continues.

1/20/24 - Order at 120pm said 38 mins for delivery. An hour later i had to call to see where my order is. Order arrived at 249pm 1.5 hours later. I Commented to Mike the manager that maybe a phone call to let someone know its late is in order. I Was given attitude by the manager Mike and told 12 orders dropped at once and he doesn't have time to call customers.....but had time to pick up the phone for another order? Not even an apology, just excuses and attitude that I called to find out what happened and offered a tip for better customer service

This is also the 2nd time this has happened. The pizza gave my entire family stomach issues the last time as well. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I've learned my lesson. The one up on International/HWY 99 is much more professional and takes care of the customer.

Update: The new GM was awesome and quickly resolved our issue (the following day) and refunded the full amount. I may give this Dominos another try (carry out only) just because of his customer service and understanding of our frustration.

I’m only giving them one start because it makes me. My family ordered pizza around 8pm online and was told at 8:45 they were a little short staff but it should be here within 15minutes. I was trying to be understanding, so, my boyfriend called them back about an hour later and they answered said they were closed and hung up. I then called them 3 more times trying to at least get a refund and get answers but I also got hung up on each time until they just stopped answering my calls. I will be in the store in the morning to get card credited back over $50 for my order. Honestly if they were honest from the beginning or even called us back to apologize I would have been fine. It is now almost 10pm, I’ve been at the hospital all day with family and now have to figure out what to eat when this could have been taken care of at least an hour ago. Worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from and worst customer service from any food place...
