Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Kent

So a serious question why would anyone go to McDonald's or Jack in the Box or any of those places when the burgers here are the same price if not lower price since they're actually good burgers. I just got a double Char for like $5 and change everything's fresh they cook it right in front of you unlike Jack in the Box in the back god knows what they're doing and if they're wearing gloves they're always rude at the other fast-food burger places but here all the Habit Burgers I've gone to from California all the way to here in Washington are good. clean bathrooms you can smell the burgers when you pull into the parking lot all the restaurants are very clean employees are nice they have sandwiches burgers all kinds of stuff and it's all good I just wish that they were more of then why is there so many McDonald's in Jack in the Box and only one Habit Burger within 15 miles of another only reason I'm forced to go eat at those other places cuz I'm so far away from Habit Burger and because they're not open past like eight or nine. There's nothing that I can complain about they even give you free condiments they make the burger how you want it and they don't tell you can't have more sauces or more of anything. I went to Habit Burger with friends for the first time and I must say, I will never be back! My family had a large order and we purchased 5 orders of fries. 2 of our fries orders had hard undercooked fries, practically snap them in half. I let them know, and they quickly gave us 2 more orders of fries, kudos to them for rapid service; however, they must have been the same batch because those fries were just like the other ones.

The worst thing, my son went to the men's room, locked the door, and while he was in there, one of the male workers unlocked the door with his key and walked in on my son. Then, the same exact thing happened again when my son went to use the restroom for a second time; he went to the men's room and the same male worker unlocked the door while my son was using the restroom! My son was very embarrassed and only told me last night, 11/10, and we were there Saturday evening, 11/6. Attention owner - Train your employees to not unlock the men's room when it is locked and in use!

I was not going to put a review for the bad fries, but after I found out about the male employee walking in on my son, two separate times, I knew it was my responsibility to warn other parents who visit this...

So my wife found an article online exclaiming that The Habit Burger Grill has the best burgers in all of the country. We like a good burger so a few days ago, we set out to give this place a try. Is it me or do most people in the world really not care about how their food tastes? These burgers didn't even hold a candle to a Jack In The Box Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger!

Too well done and overcooked to start with. Blackened edges and dried out meat. Just plain out not good. The fries were horrible too. They tasted stale and dry too. The tempura green beans that one of the employees was raving about weren't too bad but still not worth an entire trip over and the onion rings were just meh too. Nothing that we ordered popped. It was all either bad or just so so. Definitely not the best burger in America by a long shot. Who are the people voting on this stuff?

The atmosphere of the restaurant is cool but if it's busy as it was, good luck finding a place to sit and eat. They kept up on turning the tables over very quickly though and kept everything nice and clean. Nice people and cool space but the food is just not worth going back for.
