Honestly the food is 100% amazing, just about everything is good. The chicken is bomb, pizza amazing, sauce on the philly A1.
Alex and Cassandra are another story
BEWARE at the risk Of being OVER-SERVED and inadvertently passing out in the parking lot with a buddy.
The bartender a taller dark haired Gentlemen served what seemed to be FULL glasses of Apple Crown.
This happened once to Myself and multiple time to/while with an acquaintance Joe, who was dating a blonde/redhead cocktail waitress who's employed there....she also enabled him and paid for his drinks while she was working, on multiple different occasions this led to time of inebriated conflict with my Acquaintance/her boyfriend and local patrons.
Another example-Yet to repeat itself so many times with my acquaintance. While cocktail waitress complaints to my acquaintance to stop drinking and knowingly the bartender already hearing this in the background sneaks or sometimes gets caught sneaking another drink to a guy who's been cut off by multiple people involved.
While this was the worst experience there, cocktail waitress also disclosed to me there were multiple accidents due to said bartenders over serving within the last two years.
Food bomb
Booze overkill

I am 100% sure this is the KENT location right next to the UPS store. You can ask Bank of America for security tapes??!
Another vital note is that the car Joe and I passed out in was the Cassandra’s personal vehicle as she was dating my acquaintance (waiting for her to get off work). Patrons going into the restaurant advised her and the bartender as to the situation outside. Management was very well aware of the situation as my acquaintance was no longer allowed there.
What has been made abundantly clear is that you JP, the owner, allows this and other various behaviors to exist at such a nice location, without consequence.
Not to mention some employees smoking weed with us in the parking lot and even having a beer on the clock....I wasn't going to bother but you definitely...
Read moreThe first visit, I had the cheesesteak and enjoyed it; my boyfriend had a chicken samdwich that was tough and rubbery- he couldn't even bite through it. We let the waitress know and she took the plate; when the bill came, the sandwich was still on there and we had to ask to even get half of its cost removed! Not a great start, but we chalked it up to being a new place. Last night, we decided to try again and get takeout. We got the wings and two cheesesteaks, since that was good the first time. Well, they weren't this time. It was more a steak sandwich, with the meat not sliced thinly enough to really be called a cheesesteak; there were also fatty bits that made it unappetizing. Everything was lacking basic seasoning- coleslaw was bland and underdressed, leaving it just tasting of plain cabbage, and the 'loaded' mashed potatoes just had cheese and green onion on top and were also bland. The wings, however, were the un-star of the entire sad show. They looked gorgeous. They, too, were bland, and were undercooked to boot, being pink enough inside that we were uncomfortable eating them (a similar issue to what we think made the chicken sandwich inedible the first visit). The 'buffalo' sauce had a sour flavor that was not from vinegar- maybe lemon juice? Something that definitely detracted from the overall flavor, whatever it was. Add to that the lingering aftertaste of old fryer oil, and we were not very happy campers. The staff this visit was also inattentive, despite the fact that what appeared to be an owner was in our line of sight the entire time. We weren't greeted, even though at least 4 employees walked right by us. There wasn't even a smile of acknowledgement, or really any smiles at all. It took almost 10 minutes for anyone to even notice us and ask if we needed a table for 2! I've worked as a waitress, and that's not good. We may still go back for a few beers and the fried pickle chips, which are deliciously salty. Will you see us there for dinner...
Read moreWe discovered this place on Ubereats due to the "stay at home / shelter in place" thing going on. The food is incredible. We ordered a bunch of different things off the menu to test it out and were so impressed. Great portion size, home made fresh, and carefully packaged! Everything arrived hot upon delivery. We tried:
Philly cheese steak sandwich (overflowing with meat and delicious!); Wings (seasoned perfectly, crispy on the outside, moist and not overcooked at all on the inside!); Loaded mashed potatoes (fully topped with bacon, cheese, chives, perfectly seasoned); Waygu steak chili cup (just spicy enough to warrant that second beer, very meaty and flavorful); Mozzarella sticks (massive portions, these are about 50% bigger than your average restaurant's mozz sticks!); Side of prawns (I don't eat them but my fiance was sad we didn't go with the full portion, they were gone in seconds); and Bread pudding (I don't even know where to start; fresh Washington cherries instead of the usual raisins or apricot, not overly sweet, has a very Christmas-y taste with cinnamon and nutmeg).
Everything was just perfect. I'm a bit of a critic but I have nothing to criticize! This place is just awesome. Next time I am going to try the...
