This take-out only pizza place is overall just OK. Its biggest failings are the pricing structure, with a confusing mix of coupons and generally high regular prices. The staff is pretty chill, but they are not at all helpful with ordering. If you order two pizzas, and you don't mention the exact special or coupon offer, they'll ring you up for full price. Not knowing how to order there will cost you. Forget asking them to fix it; my bill went down about 80 cents (I had ordered 7 pizzas and 4 bread sides). The "Garlicky CB" (cheese bread) is an abomination, a literal crime against garlic bread, and should be immediately removed from the menu (photo posted). It doesn't look anything like the menu photo, and is the kind of cheese bread I made when all I had was an old store-brand sub roll and a string cheese stick. Mine was better. I threw theirs straight in the garbage, where it belongs. The pizza itself is reminiscent of Domino's circa 1988, with its slightly tough crust, sweeter tomato sauce, and decent cheese blend. I liked it OK, and it was nice to recall pizza from that era, but there is a reason they switched away from that crust style; it's hard to chew. Papa John figured out how to make that crust a little softer, and the Frankenfood scientists at Domino's abandoned that for a much easier mouth feel a number of years ago (it's not real pizza, stay away). Rich hasn't figured it out yet, and probably doesn't care. The bread sticks are really good, and are the only reason to consider Rich's. Skip the pizza, don't even consider the disaster that is the cheese bread, and ask for an extra cup of sauce for your breadsticks. However, with only one good menu item, it isn’t worth the trip.

We ordered some wings from them and when they came they looked like they were barely cooked and had so little sauce that for the first time in my life I took food back to the restaurant. When we got there the person in charge said that they look perfectly cooked and sauced and the wings are always like that. She didn't want to give my money back and kept arguing with me saying they are fine. I spent about 1800 dollars at that place over the course of 2 years and the wings were always good and never looked like that. In fact I always praised them for having great wings. Now I probably will never go back.

I ordered this place the first day we got the keys to our house in the area in 2017 and they have never disappointed us. I always order when we have company and they are always so satisfied and jealous that we have Rich's so close. Bomb classic pizzas and the mango habanero wings are my go to. Sometimes I don't want pizza but no worries because their Italian sandwich or Greek salad is a lunchtime gem. Amazing dough makes amazing crust. Toppings are always fresh. Thanks Rich's! Ordered some pizza for carryout and selected the curbside option. I left my vehicle description and it was my understanding that when I pulled up they would bring me my pizza. I pulled up and parked directly in front of the front door. I waited for over 30 minutes and no one came out. Didnt want to go in because I didn't have a mask but I had no choice. When I asked why no one came out they said because I never checked in online. I have ordered curbside before and no one has ever mentioned checking in online. I asked when and where it instructed me to check in online and the employee stated he didn't know because he had never been on the website. I double checked the confirmation email I received and there wasn't a word about checking in. Unfortunately I had already paid for the pizza online because it was lukewarm and unappetizing. Ended up throwing most of it away. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and the lack of common sense. I was parked directly in front of the door. The employees inside looked at me several times and I was passed by at least 3 delivery drivers (two of which passed me multiple times) and no one bothered to check if the order that had been sitting there for 30 minutes was a curbside order. I've eaten here dozens of times and I typically enjoy their pizza, but this experience was bad enough to convince me never to eat...

Just ate here for the first time yesterday, don't know how this place has been under my nose the whole time and I haven't had it until now (its 2 blocks away). I got the Pepperoni Palooza. It took them twice as long to make it than my order time said it would be ready, which annoyed me at first, but that was long forgotten and forgiven once I tasted the quality of the pizza. This has immediately become my favorite local and go-to pizza spot.

The ingredients are high quality, the crispy mini pepperoni in addition to the larger pepperoni really advances the texture of the bite as well as the crunchy outside, yet soft inside crust - which is also seasoned very well, making for an extra yummy crust. In addition to their red sauce having just an amazing flavor, they sauce the pizza very nicely so it balances out/compliments the cheese and toppings wonderfully (I find alot of places don't use enough sauce tbh).

As an added bonus for you ranch fans, their ranch is homemade and really good too.

Absolutely delicious, restaurant name very fitting as is definitely 5...
