Employees are generally friendly but Ive been ordering through the starbucks app as that's the only way you can order ahead in advance. The past 3 times in a row I've ordered and then went to go pick up, they've been out of stock of what I ordered. I work alone and can't be gone for too long as I have to close the shop temporarily to go pick up my food. But everytime they've been out of stock, I have to wait for them to make me something else which defeats the whole purpose of ordering in advance. They DO NOT UPDATE THEIR APP'S MENU AVAILABILITY. First time out of stock, no problem. Second time, could've been busy and might not have had the time to update their menu. But this is THE THIRD TIME.
Long story short, their menu on their app is not updated. Do not assume they will have whatever you order in stock even if the app...
Read moreI can understand when you get busy, but what I don't understand is being rude to the customer and not knowing what you sell. He gave us 2 of our 4 drinks and asked if that was all. Then he only gave us 2 straws, no receipt. Then he kept throwing his finger up to have us wait because he couldn't answer a question inbetween window orders, then he didn't answer the question reguardless. We wanted a strawberry acai refresher, he didn't know what that was then when we got it it was blueberry and in a can...... I work in the service industry and if I ever treated my customers like that I would not have many customers. I don't write reviews, yet I find myself wanting to tell people to avoid the seriously bad customer service here and go...
Read moreThis is actually quite a nice Starbucks and I enjoyed my experience except for one thing. They had someone come work on their wifi in the middle of the day and it was completely down for at least an hour before I finally left. I work remotely and was depending on the use of their wifi to get work done this afternoon and was in the middle of a video-conference meeting when the internet went offline, which was a huge inconvenience. I understand this is an isolated instance (hence still 3 stars), but I still would have appreciated a posted warning or if they could have scheduled their internet maintenance during a time when they don't have paying customers depending on it.
