Arby's — Restaurant in Kentucky

Stopped by from out of town on our way home to grab a bite. Ordered online and when I went in they told me the order wasn’t for their store and they didn’t have it. Checked my receipt for address and order # and STILL told me I ordered at the wrong location. A man behind me said it happens all the time and to just call the store to have it sent there but who I believe to be the manager came from around the corner and told me no. She said they already had it made there and wouldn’t do it. I drove 10 minutes out of our way to the location they said it was at to then be told I was correct the whole time and the address on my receipt was theirs. Old fish sandwich! I spat it out. No refund offered or given when I give it back to them whole. A disgrace. Place not even busy no one there even cares the slightest. Corporate contact me.

Portions large. Food hot, must be microwaved a bit which is fine. As usual for Corbin they just cannot do it. There is ALWAYS some kind of issue which delays the process. It's either 'system is down', or your card has to be swiped four times and the cash register reprogrammed aswell. I have yet to get thru any drive thru line within 30 minutes here. I was passing through this town and stopped for a quick bite—never thought I’d be leaving a 5-star review at Arby’s, but this location absolutely deserves it! I ordered online and my food was ready at the counter before the scheduled pickup time. The whole place looked spotless and practically brand new, from the dining area to the bathrooms (which were immaculate). Hands down the best Arby’s meal I’ve ever had in my life. If I’m ever nearby again, I’ll definitely be back. Keep it up—y’all are killing it...
