Burger King — Restaurant in Kentucky

I go to this Burger King everyday and buy a large cherry slushie I went through the drive thru and gave the drive thru worker a 50 dollar bill he gave me 39 dollars. I didn’t realize til I got to my destination so I called and let the manager know that I was giving the wrong change and I will be back to prove so I went back to show the amount of money I was giving back and what I bought the manager than told me that the drawer that was at the drive thru window was counted down and it didn’t come up short it was actually over so she tried to say I was lyIng about how much cash the drive thru person gave me. The drive thru person was there and admitted to not ringing up my order there was no receipt and it didn’t come up in the computer but he admitted to me and the supervisor that he took 50 dollars from me and gave me the wrong change back even after the supervisor continue to argue with me about how much money I was giving so I told them I wanted my money back I didn’t want the slushie anymore than the supervisor told me she wasn’t giving me any money back out of the drawer and that she already closed the drawer out I told her I wasn’t leaving without my money so all of the sudden the supervisor comes out the back with 8 dollars stating that the money came out of her person pocket to give to me I took the money and left. I think the supervisor took the money out the drawer noticing that the drawer was over she pocketed the money and didn’t think I was coming back for it instead of just giving me my money back she argued with me trying to prove that I was wrong when her worker made the mistake he was wrong and admitted to her that he was I will never...

My husband and I, traveling like the rest of the country. Stopped for a quick lunch today. As soon as we walked in the restaurant it smelled like a dirty mop, first indication that our visit would suck. After ordering a Whopper Jr, large onion ring and a coke cola, after receiving the food the beef in the whopper did not have the famous flame broil taste and the onion rings were fried to a crisp, my husband chicken sandwich also fried to a crisp making the sandwich, making it rubbery and little chicken held up in the fryer, it was dark brown almost black. My husband ( who is a chef himself ) took the chicken sandwich back to the tge cashier said their oil was old...I told her right then my husband is a chef and this sandwich is not only nasty tasting (hence the old, burnt oil) it was overcooked. The second sandwich wa not much better. My husband rarely sends any food back from anywhere. So I ordered another order of large onion rings which I paid for and asked them to pull 20 seconds early because like his sandwich my onion rings had a nasty old oil taste and was over cooked therefore scratching the top of my mouth.The manager said they aren't allowed to pull food early which is total nonsense. Its a freaking vegetable not a meat. Believe me I requested a refund for the second order of rings. I have their corporate number and I could not find there health department grading posted anywhere. Update: had a pleasant experience today dont know what they've done different but seems to be getting thier act together. The drive thru attended was up beat and nice, food was hot and correct. I'm very happy to see the improvement.. please keep up the good work. Update: so if this is a lg ice coffee I'd hate to see a sm one, don'teven think they make a cup smallerthan that unless its a kids..Stopped on my way into work, set 20 mins in the drive thru never even made it to a window before I had to pull out. Yeah that's right ibwas a drive away (as a restaurant manager myself i have never dodne that before but cant be sorry about it) because because i was still 3 cars behind so now i didn't have time toneat and if i stayed any longer i would have been latebfor work. Only set there that long because I was blocked in. I tried calling more then once to have them pull the car at the window so I can pull out and tell them I leaving the line but the didn't answer even though I could see through the window 2 employees just walking around doing nothing but waiting on the food. I have had nothing but trouble everytime I go there unfortunately for me it's the only restaurant next to mine where it's "fast" service. I can't wait until the 2 across the street open.
