Ohhhh boy where do I start? Got the onion rings which are nothing special. Standard frozen from a bag. The sauce that came w them, as you can see in the pic, is in a 1 oz cup that is hilarious for dipping the onion ring in. I showed Kathryn and that obviously made her mad. Wife ordered. $15 salad that is called The Trifecta bc it is supposed to come with 3 kinds of greens. It was served w 100% spinach and was the size of a Side Salad. The Mgr said they are out of the other 2 greens and have been for over a week, but didn’t tell anyone. Here is a CRAZY idea: GO TO WALMART AND GET SOME GREENS! Duh!!! Ordered a pitcher of Mango Wheat which Kathryn said was $14. Ended up being $16 on the receipt. She stopped by and took the tiny spinach chicken salad w/out saying a word. She then was mad when we pointed out the beer price and rudely said, “Well I said around $14. If u want me to, I can take $2 off”. DUH, why ask? I said no and she walked away. $16 isn’t around $14, and that’s not what she said anyway. I did t see her smile a single time while we were there. They have what’s called Hanky Panky on the menu w ZERO description of what it is. Duh! Hard to order anything w ZERO description! Oh, and we Got the $2 back in Kathryn’s tip! Tips are u make your living, but I don’t think she understands that. Her attitude cost her $7! Oh and take a look at the $7.99 Pecan Chicken Salad from Wendy’s where we ended up getting a decent salad for my wife. The pizza wasn’t bad, but nothing special. Last thing to mention is from the outside, the place resembles a Strip Club with ZERO Windows. Just kind of weird! Bad decisions and bad service cost you 2 customers new to the area, and if anyone asks, guess what we will tell them? We’ll find...

The restaurant itself is fine. It’s close to home, usually affordable, and we’ve never had issues until recently. Unfortunately, we’ve now had the same server on two separate visits Peyton P., and both experiences were bad enough that we don’t plan to return.

Normally, my husband and I bring our 3- and 1-year-old to Longnecks on Friday nights because our girls enjoy the pizza. On our first bad experience, we ordered a small (5-piece) boneless wings and a large pizza. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet she brought us a large side order of wings instead and charged us for it, even after I told her that wasn’t what we ordered.

The second time, things were even worse. While we were still trying to get the kids into their high chairs, she stood at the table pressuring us to order. She then proceeded to bring out the wrong food and drinks 3 different times and I had to tell her that’s not what we ordered because dealing with her the first time she would try to charge us extra. By the end of the meal, I wanted to leave a reduced tip but since payment is processed at the table with the server standing there, I didn’t want to cause a scene so I still left 20%.

Have been to this location 3 times. Drinks always made well. Food is pretty good. Had an issue with an app during 1 visit it was quickly handled. The issue and reason for 2 stars is the service. Its so slow. We had a table held this past Saturday which Olivia handled great, made sure I was good when seated. Then it was on the waitress to take care of things. Got our first drinks and waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Some had to go to the bar after waiting to order when they arrived. When I ordered apps, I ordered 5 apps for my end of the table it took at least 20 to 25 min to get them. Mains came out faster but still had to hit the bar for drinks or hunt down our waitress. She did get better towards the end but damage done. The bar never got over 75% capacity and was closet to 50% the majority of the time. Seemed well staffed. 2 visits prior to this were the same. Waitresses seem to be more interested in talking at the bar or over by kitchen at the pos and service station. Bartenders are great and quick. If the servers stepped it up this place would be...
