2 doordash orders and 1 other order. A total of four orders and they forgot to call my name while I'm staring them down at the 15 minute mark. For a 13 dollar sandwhich it should be served hot! However at about 20 minutes I was asked my name and was told they called me already. I WAS LIED POINT BLANK TO MY FACE. There either needs to be a retrain on how to call a name, or there needs to be a new staff that doesn't lie to your face. Mix that with people that keep disappearing to the back when I've been waiting 15 minutes for a sandwhich, and then you have this location. Extremely disappointed, was lied to, and I couldn't even eat my sandwhich at the end when I got home because it was too cold. Absolutely horrible experience, and will be telling everyone about it. Jimmy Johns knows how to call a name and they don't take 20 minutes. Jimmy Johns also doesnt serve door dash first when your order has been in for 10 minutes before they arrived. This was by far the worst PS experience I’ve ever had. I typically don’t even review, much less a negative one. I just take my lumps and move along. I would’ve given zero stars if I could. I get that things are tough for restaurants of any kind right now… I placed an online order like I typically do. I walked in 4 minutes prior to the specified time. I was not greeted at all, the guy asked if he could help me and I said I had an online order…nothing was ready. The girl told him there wasn’t anything and he pulled the ticket off the printer, they had a conversation and finally started making my sandwich along with 3 other orders. I was handed my order without a word. The fries for online orders are supposed to be made fresh when you pick up your order (unless that has changed). I give benefit of the doubt that perhaps it was right after a lunch crowd Rush and things hadn't had a chance to to be cleaned up yet. However while waiting for my food order I could not help but notice how nasty and disgusting the fryers looked. They looked as if they had not been cleaned in a very long time... also the floor looked as if it had not been swept at all that morning or afternoon. Again I realize it may have been after a rush and things hadn't had a chance to get cleaned up. But at the time I was there the place was not busy at all (2pm) and things could have probably been cleaned up a little bit.
