KFC — Restaurant in Walton

I just finished a lunch from this location. The signature taste was missing. It wasn't the pickle juice flavored chicken that everyone else seems to sell but the spices were not the signature KFC taste I love. Coleslaw was exactly as I expected. The biscuits were just ok but not worthy of the south. A bit over cooked on both the biscuits and chicken. It certainly was not the worst chicken I've been served but y'all can do better. Try using the Colonel's signature seasoning for starters (if what you used was supposed to be they lied!) and pay more attention to the timers. Counter service was very good. I came in with my daughter tonight, as my daughter was in the TA, I got to speak with the lead Jerrica, when I asked about different things on the menu. She was very pleasant to talk to and helped me with many of my questions, I honestly didn't know I had so many. She helped me figure out my order, and had a smile the whole time. Usually people get annoyed or upset when dealing with me as I am an older man and they think I'm wasting there time, but she didn't make me feel like I was a bother. I would recommend going here to any of my family and friends, and will be back. The food line looked super clean as well! Great job...

Was at the TA on 10/26/2924 to fuel. So after doing so I went inside the KFC. I don't know what went wrong or if I was wording my question wrong or what but the response that I got was terrible. All I asked is how long the chicken had been up and I guess the question was to difficult to answer because all I heard is not long. Now this guy that was playing on his phone while I was standing around waiting for him to recognize that I was even standing there sucks.
