Absolute horrible service. Ordered crave case with cheese. 16 with everything, 10 with no onion and 4 plain cheeseburgers. Get all the way to Dry Ridge Ky and realize the entire order didnt have cheese. Call to complain while I'm returning to the White Castle location. Once I arrive they write down my order to confirm everything is correct and make the food. I hey out to my car and everything is correct with order but the 16 bothers with everythinf....missing cheese again. Go back inside and they remake for another time. Guess what......? Wrong again. Don't bother coming here for late night dining. Apparently, the employees take it upun themselves to choose the hours of operation, so they close the dining room whenever they feel like it. But they have a handwritten sign on the door "apologizing" for the inconvenience, so that's thoughtful. And this is the nightly routine, because I asked the clerks at the fuel stations if it happens a lot. The problem with the employees doing this is, they are located across the street from two truck stops. Truckers have to walk to get food because they can't take their trucks through the drive throughs and trucking is a 24hr 7...

The food was cool I mean as good as White Castle food is so you know its not that good just mediocre but the service was super slow and the speaker barely worked I couldn't even hear what I was saying I had to pull up the next window to wait which is usually only like you know anywhere from a 2 to 5 minute weight this is a 15 to 20 minute weight and I only went because I pulled up late at night off of the exit and this was the only restaurant open so my advice is go to the next exit if it's the only restaurant open on this exit cuz it's not worth your money or your time facts two stars because it tasted like...
