Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kentucky

The last few times I've ordered its not been up to par. I only order a extra cheese light sauce every single time. Yet somehow i get different looking pizzas completely. I've even been handed a pepperoni pizza recently... when someone orders light sauce. WHAT THEY MEAN IS THEY DON'T WANT TO SEE ANY SAUCE AT THE CRUST OR ANYWHERE. when someone orders extra cheese. THEY EXPECT EXTRA CHEESE.

Today i attempted to order food for delivery and the manager told me that he couldn't have change for a 50.

(If this was me calling for change for 100 i'd understand, i'm only ordering 20$ or less of food but that's not this case.)

That i either would have to tip the driver more than 50% of my order being only 19.something (for they are only allowed to leave the store with 20$ so they don't get robbed...) or pay with a card? I've worked at this store in past. I do know of the rules that drivers are not supposed to have more than 20$. Regardless this is obviously a bad rule for people just like me. who only has 67 dollars. A 10, a 5, two ones and a fifty. I've worked at 4 different pizza places. NEVER have i turned down OR BEEN turned down because i only had a certain type of money.

All i wanted was to get back was 25$ but 5 dollars extra is apparently too much of a risk for this store. And the delivery charge is OUTRAGEOUS. 6$ to where i live to get it and then you can't bring me change? Its not like i was gonna stiff him. But i'm not paying 30$ for 15$ worth of food and 10$ of mandated tip because of the 6$ fee?!?!?

I've been a delivery driver for 3/4 of the pizza places I've worked for. AGAIN NEVERRRR have i EVER been turned down or HAD TO TURN DOWN someones money, that's totally insane.

P.S been a solid customer for 15 years(i don't really like other pizza.) every time i order from here i feel like i gets worse and...

Seriously the WORST Dominos I've ever experienced!!!! The first time we ordered from this location we figured it was just a busy night, but we waited over a hour and a half for our delivery (one medium pizza, and parmesan twists) even though the tracker said it was "on its way" for more than 40 minutes of that wait. The second time they just blatantly forgot any of our extras and sides. This third time ordering, the food actually came on time however it was still made wrong and forgot an item AGAIN. For those who order extra sauce like we do, it would be pretty surprising when there is LESS sauce on our pizza than a typical pizza. Like seriously did they just run out of sauce half way though our pizza? It is as if they put a tablespoon worth of sauce on our entire pizza, than used a napkin to spread it thin AND CALLED IT EXTRA!

That's just the food!!! We called the first time we ever ordered to be greeted by the rudest person ever. I don't know if this guy is just a 26 year old employee who knows his life is going no where, or if he is a manager but calling to express frustration that it's been over 1.5 hour wait for DOMINOS pizza and I get an attitude as a responce? Like I just want my food bro not your attitude. Tonight we called to express how frequent these issues have been as well as our order being made wrong for the 3rd time in a row AND items flat out missing. I swear it was the same guy on the other end who just didn't care, didn't want to listen to it and when I said "i want to be compensated for this" he basically said whatever. Service is abominable! Gotta watch your order sometimes the portions are less than what is on menu. The current manager (red hair and glasses, in his 30’s) could care less when you inquire or make a legitimate complaint. In fact he is loud, rude and offensive—dropping the F-bomb when I came to get a refund, as my order was completely wrong! He tapped a few buttons on the cash register and said, “Ok, there now get the F out of my store and don’t come back!" I told him I paid cash, and wanted my cash back! He became even more belligerent and called the police on me! I DID get my money back and left the store. Ya know, I take into consideration that everyone, everywhere is fighting his/her battle, but this man was creating his own! BEWARE FOLKS! If it hasn’t happened to you...
