Where do I begin... well let's just say I won't go out of my way to eat here again. There was 2 of us. We both wanted nuggets and as ya'll know sauce is like gold there and apparently so is napkins and salt. We ordered 2 10 peice nuggets which would of given us both 2 sauces a peice. Well the lady who took the order says, 1 20 peice nugget and we didn't think anything of it till we get our food after sitting forever in the drive-through that she Deliberately did that to cheat us on a sauce. I mean come on McDonald's! Like really?! Anyway then we take a bite out of our fries and no salt whatsoever not even a speck! No napkins on top of that and we wanted applepies and was told very rudely where out! So we have food we paid alot for that we wanted to enjoy so I tried to go in and sure enough lobby closed and the lady wasn't about to hear what was wrong she said drive-through only! So back in thr long line we go sitting forever finally we get to the 1st window same rude lady that seen me come up to the door said 2nd window I take money only! Seriously?! So here we sit again, finally 2nd window well our fries are cold now so I explained we had 2 orders of 10 nuggets because we both wanted 2 sauces and they put in 20 given only 3 come with 20 which is stupid in its own way, then I said after sitting in this long line our fries are cold can we have fresh fries with salt she wasn't happy had some young boy walk over hands us a bag and shuts the window. We got 1 sauce, fries not even cooked all the way and only 1 fry when we bought 2 and 2 napkins. Amazing. Like that put them out so much of us asking for such simple things. Sad and ya'll...
Read moreThere was no soap in the bathroom, I actually stopped at this McDonald's 2 times. The first time we got food. The order was wrong this was at 10 am. They fixed it but it took way to long for that to happen. I used the bathroom at this time the soap dispenser was off the wall but still able to dispense soap, however at this time I saw 3 employees "wash" thier hands with water and then dry them they did not use soap. I told the employee that was cleaning the men's room that the soap dispenser was off the wall and people were not washing thier hands he then said "oh no! I will fix that right now!" That now puts use to 2 pm when we came back through I and I went in to use the bathroom and get a drink. The soap dispenser was now gone completely and there was no soap at all in the bathroom. The toliet paper was empty in the handicap stall. I was talking to an employee while waiting in line she said I will wash my hands in the sink by the kitchen. Another employee used the restroom and "washed" her hands without soap and I said to her I hope you will use the sink by the kitchen and she then replied "I just washed my hands" and that is why I will never return to that McDonald's. That is disturbing to me that people don't wash their hands. I it happens all the time but to see it and then say something to an employee and her act like rubbing water on her hands then going to the food service area is disgusting. You know she wiped her vagina and possibly her butt and touched everything in that bathroom to use the...
Read moreI came to McDonald’s South in Somerset, ordered a large fry, asked for them well-done, and was handed a soggy, lukewarm pile that should have gone straight to the trash instead of being served. The fries were not just disappointing, they were embarrassing.
The counter service was no better. We stood there for ten minutes while employees passed by pretending not to see us. When someone finally spoke, it was done without interest, effort, or basic professionalism. It was clear nobody cared about the customers standing right in front of them.
The only reason this visit was not a complete disaster was the older woman working the lobby. She noticed the problem immediately, stepped in, and fixed it without hesitation. She carried the entire store on her back while the rest of the crew stood around like it was not their job. In that moment she showed more leadership, initiative, and pride in her work than anyone else in the building. She was the one person who actually understood what customer service means, and if this location had any sense, she would already be running the place.
The fries were dead, the counter staff was useless, and the only real leader in the building was in the lobby. Without her, this experience would have been a total failure. With her, it was at least saved by someone who still takes pride in doing...
