Starbucks — Restaurant in Kentucky

I took my daughter here to start her birthday. When we walked in not one person greeted us, there were 4 baristas available and no other customers in the store. We had done a mobile order and two of our three drinks were ready, no big deal we waited. While waiting a person who I assume worked there and who had had a baby came in. Very exciting, and I get that, but the barista working on my daughter's drink left her station to go and greet the woman and the baby.. when she was done she went back to the drink process ok great. When she brought it to the counter I guess the lid was not all the way on and it spilled everywhere, I get an accident we are only human. But what really bothered me, was no.one said anything to us, not a OMG I'm sorry, we are starting another, not a it'll be just one more minute. And to me that is rude, it was obvious that it was our order, we felt extremely ignored, and the customer service just was not there that I know Starbucks strives for. Also I had a brown sugar shaken espresso and it was no shaken all the shots and flavoring were settled...

Got a drink made from a different Starbucks or even from this one really and you don’t like it? Too bad. They won’t remake it for you. I asked for a remake of a drink from a different Starbucks and the drink was still completely full and the refused to remake it but you can go to any other Starbucks (including the ones off post) and ask for it to be remade and they do it for you. The employees that work here are rude even when you order the most basic items. They make you feel like you’re wrong for even coming in to the store. Gate 10 Starbucks is much friendlier, cleaner, and they fix Gate 5’s mess ups ALL THE TIME. I went in and ordered a drink and later that same day, my husband went in and ordered the exact. same. thing. and his was so different. I dislike this Starbucks, but it’s the closest one (and only one other than Gate 10) to my house that has the ingredients I like for my coffee.

Update from 11/9/21 Just sipped a piece of foil...

The Starbucks by Gate 10 is awesome and they always make my order correctly they also have a splash park it's a little small but it's ok they also have a kids park there as well. The staff at Gate 10 is awesome 😊 The one by Gate 5 however is not the best to me each time I went they have messed up my order, but it's convenient for those who have kids and want the kids to go the splash park and the regular kids park. Also if your housing community office is over there and you do not want to ride all the way over to gate 10. Now that's just my opinion having been at Fort Campbell...
