Nothing changed...

I was in last night, at Popeyes. My wait ended up at almost 20 minutes before I asked for a refund. The expediter ( aka the manager on duty) was clueless. When I wanted to talk about the time frame, the manager wouldn't even approach me. He sent one of his workers to deal with me. I do have a video of an almost 10-minute wait. With the Manager doing nothing. I've tried to call 3 times today to speak to someone but low and behold none of the phones are answered.SURPRISE... NOT.
