I called and asked if they had any ELF on the shelf left and if I could hold one. They said yes and even asked me if I wanted a boy or a girl and what my name was. The store is an hour away from where I live so that's exactly why I called I didn't want to make a trip for nothing. Paid for the order and was awaiting shipping for several days. Next thing you know I'm getting an email canceling my order 10 days before Christmas saying they were out of stock both in store and online. The next day they were available at michaels.com for not $49 a piece but $84 So they canceled my order upped the price. Very unhappy customer very unhappy grand daughters!...

I'm hoping they were just going through a reset and not a reduction in merchandise. In retail we know what happens after that. But, I must say, the associates were VERY professional, courteous, and downright kind. They made me want to start shopping there more. If the store IS going through a reset, I would recommend putting up a sign letting customers know so they don't develop...
