Matchstick has been the best gamestore experience I've ever had.
I've of course gone to others but none has felt as accommodating as this one. As someone with anxiety in public I've had issues staying comfortable around so many strangers at other stores.
But at Matchstick I've made friends, been invited to games, and if I was notably alone Andy or John would ask if I needed a pod and would ask others if they would let me join theirs.

Read moreI went in to trade my Pokémon cards with the large man with the shoulder length hair, and I am leaving a bad review for their dishonesty.

Read moreThe well groomed staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The store stocks not only trading card supplies but also has a large variety of board and card games for adults, children, and large families alike, all for a fair price.
The yugioh scene at this store is relatively large considering the store is located in Mount Sterling and the staff helps keep a friendly environment in the store at all times. A large variety of players visit the tournaments, ranging from those who often place in bigger events, to brand new players. All feel welcome here.
