Let’s get one thing straight—Auntie Anne’s in the food court is THAT girl. As soon as I caught a whiff of that buttery, golden perfection, I knew I was in for something iconic. The pretzels were soft, warm, and made with love—the kind of love that hugs your taste buds and makes you strut through the mall like you just dropped a surprise album.

The staff? Sweet like cinnamon sugar, sharp like a cheddar dip. Friendly, fast, and flawless under pressure. They made sure my order was hot, fresh, and Beyoncé-level fabulous. I purchased a pretzel today and it was one of the worst that I have ever had. It had way more sugar/cinnamon then normal. It was way smaller in size then normal. It was burt and tasted old as if it may have been reheated. I was very disappointed in the quality of pretzels that I received today. This location quite possibly has the rudest, most disinterested employees I’ve ever come across. Every time I order here, they act like it’s the biggest inconvenience in the world for them. The past 2 times I’ve gone, they’ve told me that their frozen lemonades are unavailable, which is disappointing. Also received a burnt pretzel that was too hard to bite into and tasted like cardboard. Very upsetting for the ridiculous prices...
