About 6:45 PM I called to ask about how much longer it would be before the pizza was delivered. I was informed that it would be another 60 to 90s minutes before our pizza would even be dispatched for delivery. I expressed that this was unacceptable and requested if anything could be done given the inconvenience. The individual who answered, asked the manger. He reported, nothing could be done, I could cancel the order or wait for it to be delivered. We decided to go and pick up the pizza. Again, I ask the manager if anything could be done due to the inconvenience. He expressed that was beyond his control and that there was nothing he could do because I had placed my order online. I explain that the online system indicated my wait time would be 52-62 minutes, and if it would have been longer I would not have ordered. He replied, “it’s not my fault their online system sucks.” I then asked him if we could be reimbursed for the cost and he said that was not something he could do. He said that I needed to contact someone online, and further, if I did maybe someone would finally do something about the issues with the online system.

Read morePlaced an order online for delivery and followed the order via their "Domino's Tracker" system on their app. While it is convenient to see the status of your order and "watch" the driver as they reach your destination, you also have to wonder if Domino's is tracking the drivers to make sure they're not screwing around. The order started out quickly and was progressing along nicely until it reached the "Quality Check" stage, where the order sat for 28 minutes after being baked and before sent out for delivery. The delivery driver was also not friendly, never said a word to me when I answered the door and was kind of standing off to the side of the door like he was going to be attacked, or vice versa. Domino's knew they had messed up the delivery because not twenty minutes after I received my order I was sent an email from corporate apologizing for "letting me down with that delivery" and offering to make it better. I normally don't order from Domino's because the location three miles from my house in my hometown doesn't deliver to my address, and since my first choice for pizza was closing when I attempted to order, Domino's was my second choice as it was the closest to my hotel. The options are great and the online experience is simple and quick with zero confusion. Click, Click, Delivered! The added tracker option is just a plus. Anthony...your passion for food and your professionalism were clearly visible in every aspect of the order. From start to finish it was flawless. Thank you for creating the perfect pizza experience. The Honolulu was topped with care and every inch of it was picture perfect.The Pasta Primavera was well worth trying for the first time. It was all soooo good. The only bad thing is that now you have set a bar for your location I will be expecting with each visit. :)
Mylo...I paid attention to the tracker and saw a safe and respectful while on the road driver and I appreciate that. Not only was the food still too hot to eat upon delivery it was also still picture perfect as mentioned previously. Your commitment to what you do and your above and beyond work ethic does not go unnoticed.
The whole experience with this location was pleasant and I can't wait to see what creations Anthony will be putting together for me in the future.
