Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Kentwood

Ordered pizza and it was old and cold. Called in and was given a credit, ok no worries accidents happen. Called back to order the exact same pizzas and was told qI had to pay $10 dwlivery and tax. Asked to talk to manager and a young guy named Roy gets on the phone and tells me the swlivwry qas right the pizza was wrong so I have to pay or they wont give me the pizza I already paid for. Keep in mind I paid the dwlivery fee already the 1st time I ordered. Then he tells me he doesnt have time for this after I ask for his manager and hangs up on me.

1 used the order to text for the 20% promotional discount. When making the order I realize that it was cheaper just to make the order online. The Text promotion uses full price and not company advertised deals. So I just order online. My order was a large chicken bacon ranch pizza and a cookie. Once receiving my order I called to inform them that the cookie was burnt. After telling the young man the condition of the food his response was “I don’t know what to do about that. AVOID!!!! I've given this location multiple chances because I enjoy Jet's Pizza however as of now I will no longer be ordering from them!! They've messed up my order not once but TWICE!! The first time they said it would be nothing that they could do and now this second time they said they could re-make it but I would have to come pick it up or it would take another hour for delivery (Keep in mind it took them an hour and a half to deliver the WRONG one)!!
