Went to this location for the first time and let me just explain my experience. I'm a very outgoing, friendly, try to make u smile kind of person. We walk in to this establishment to be not greeted but instead hear complaining about nobody wanting to be here. I walk in and say "good morning ladies, are you guys ready to cook us some good food?!" The cashiers reply was No I been here since 4am and I don't want to do nothing... I proceed to place my order and try to lighten the mood in the place and still... all I get is negativity she tells me that her coworkers might wanna cook our food but she doesnt. While all this is going on, the phone is ringing and ringing and finally someone answers. Another worker says "awe u must want more customers huh" it ends up being another employee calling to say shes running late. The cashier makes it clear that it's good she called because otherwise she was going to abandon them and let them figure it out between the 2 other employees there. We all end up ordering our food and it was prepared nice and quick. However, when I got to my shop to eat my food, every piece of sausage was cold and one of the sandwiches had a long black hair hanging out of it abnoxiously... if the horrible display of customer service wasnt bad enough, I threw my entire order away after seeing the hair in it. I'm not going to call and ask for a refund. I'm not going to call and get anyone fired. I just want to share my experience. I've heard nothing but great things about Tim Hortons. Then I tried to eat there and I cant say I will ever attempt to try it ever again. They made mcdonalds look like a 5 star restaurant after said and done. This was at about 2pm...
Read moreI will start off first by saying that the coffee at Tim Hortons was good. it tasted fine I had no issues with the coffee. I got a Boston cream donut. Now although only half of the donut had any cream in it, it wasn't a bad donut as far as it goes. The issues that I had where, concerning my donut, the person who took my order did not wear gloves while getting my donut. She did use a piece of wax paper, however sometimes your fingers are going to come in contact with the food. And it would just be better if you use gloves. Also, nobody wore hair net nobody. There was one lady in there who had hair extensions down below her waist and there were no hair nets on her at all. All the women's hair was long, and it was in a ponytail. But, they were no hair nets dimension. The service was slow and even slower because a woman had ordered hash browns when they were out of hashbrowns. If the person that use the last hash brown spoke up and told the person taking the orders that they were out of hash browns, then I wouldn't have had to stop giving my order so that the lady could refund a woman who didn't get her hash browns. I do not think that this store is run very efficiently at all. I do not think sanitary conditions are observed or adhered to at all. I do have to say that the gentleman who was restocking the cakes and donuts, he did have gloves on. He was the only one. But if he was wearing gloves, that meant that there were gloves available. I only give it to stars because of the coffee and the donut wasn't terrible. It was a bit too sweet for my liking but everybody's tastes vary. I'm not...
Read moreWe ordered two chias, one vanilla one gingerbread. We get to the window, hand over a gift card and at first we are told there’s nothing on it but eventually she figures out that there is. Then we are handed our drinks and we taste them only to realize both have coffee. Eventually she opens back up the window (she’s quick to shut the window and never talks to us) and I tell her “we didn’t order dirty chias we ordered normal chias, those don’t come with coffee” another girl comes to the window and tells us “I watched her make the drinks and she didn’t put coffee in them, just expresó”…… expresó is coffee. She tells me the gingerbread one only comes with coffee. But somehow she returns with our corrected original order and nothing has coffee like it was originally supposed to. There seems to be no training at this location. First they don’t know how to use a gift card. Second they have no customer service training. Third they don’t know that expresó is coffee which should be a day one understanding as a barista. They don’t under how to make drinks that are being advertised either. I don’t blame the girls, I feel bad for them because their management has failed them by not teaching them the basic fundamentals...
