I was looking forward to visiting this location and today I got the chanceâŠunderwhelmed. I walked in and no one greeted me although there were four employees in sight. I stood at the counter for several minutes before I began to look around and saw two kiosks so I asked if I was supposed to place my own order. One employee rushed over, apologized and took my order. I told her I was unsure if I was supposed to help myself by placing the order via kiosk or if I should be waiting on someone to help me. The employee apologized again and told me two of the employees there were new. While understandable, that wasnât an excuse. Itâs for my daughterâs birthday so no tomorrow wont work. Would have been nice to know before i showed up it wasnât made. I knocked.. 2 workers seen me but ignored me.. so I tried to call.. finally after being in the cold and knocking again one of the workers came and unlocked the door.. I was super upset obviously.. not about the cookies, the disrespect. I get you're ready to go home but I already had paid , and driven there, shouldn't have been that big of a deal.
