Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Kernersville

This location is terrible. Customer service is always bad. Food and portions are never good. Too pricey for the bad experience every time. Went in tonight (Friday) at 6:00p and they were out of nearly everything. No brown rice, no black beans, no Chipotle honey chicken, barely any queso left, no guacamole, ran out of corn salsa and lettuce while we were there. People were coming in the door and turning around leaving. No apologies to anyone, just the black woman yelling everything they were out of when people walked in. My son was in line making his bowl and the guy just walks off. I asked for two bags of chips, the young Hispanic girl at the register walks off and brings back one bag. I said I asked for two, she walks off with an attitude after canceling my total and brings back the other bag. No ice. Soda machine half works or flat, and the special lemonades were very low. There was a leak in the ceiling by the drink machines, making a puddle in the floor and a customer almost slipped. The dining area is always disgusting and messy and unclean like tonight. We had to clean our own table with napkin and water from the machine. While we were sitting there, a young girl picked up her online order and was given someone else’s. She had to wait for hers to be remade again, and they gave her excuses. We watched 7 people walk out and not order. The trashcans were overflowing. Food on the floors and tables, like the dining area hadn’t been cleaned all day. None of this should have happened. Very unpleasant atmosphere, unkept, and unsanitary. Too expensive to get this kind of food...

DO NOT GET YOUR FOOD DELIVERD! If you want Chipotle walk in there and get your food. And even if you do that the food service is getting worse and worse and the portion sizes continue to get smaller at this location. When we visit other Chipotles most of them take pride in the amount of food they serve, especially for the money, but the Kernersville location continues to go downhill. We order from Chipotle a lot in my household, and I do mean a lot ( At least three times a week....and I just spent a couple hundred dollars on gift cards for my kid, nieces, and nephews for Christmas). I don't typically order for delivery but when I did today it was a hot mess. The only thing good about the order was the DoorDash driver, his manners, and politeness. My chips were left off the order which is the only thing that I wanted personally to eat. When I spoke to my daughter apparently this happens on every single delivery she's ever had. There was no rice in any of my food except for the bowl....the bowl had like two tablespoons of rice and I asked for extra rice. It's absolutely ridiculous when I paid $53 for a bowl, a taco, and a quesadilla for it to come to me like that. Your food is good for the most part but your service, portion sizes, and your knack for screwing up orders are...

Came to chipotle thinking I would actually get a decent meal and good service. My fault for thinking that should’ve known better with this location in Kernersville already have a 3.5 at the time of me given this review. Went through with my wife to get a bowl didn’t even get a full scoop of anything. I guess they trained them to rip off their customers not want anything extra just at least the spoonful When asked can I at least get the spoonful of toppings I manager, but it in very rude so I told him they can keep it and I walked out. Will never return to this location again there’s too many other establishments in Kernersville that know how to treat somebody with good customer service and not be rude and actually gave you what you paid for chipotle you’re letting everyone down in Kernersville. You need to do better. Which chipotle last week in Winston-Salem amazing customer service actual correct portions so I guess we’ll make the extra 15 minute drive which is sad you pass the location to get to another one.
