I understand mistakes happen but staff did not show the care or observation that I was in the dining room waiting for 20 minutes for my food. The food looks and is excellent but the cook/manager didn't resolve the situation well.

It was embarassing as I watched my coworker, who I referred to go here for lunch, got his food, ate his platter, and kept asking me "What did you get man??"

As I went up to the counter to see what is going on they were asking what I ordered, for my receipt, and the name of my order. Even the worker who took my order was not attentive that my order was completed. It is clear they forgot my order but are not owning up to it, even now. I write this to bring awareness so this doesn't happen to someone here again.

They were trying to get the food out to me to change my mind last second, but they were 5 seconds too late as I was being handed my refund receipt the food was bagged and rushed out to me. I was not offered my food after my refund as they...

Remember “the good old days” of Yelping about the food and service? Now, sadly, safety is such a concern, that I think that needs to come first. So here goes. My son and I met here for lunch today. We went inside to order and sat outside to eat. They are practicing VERY good Covid safety measures. They have tables and booths marked DO NOT USE so there is 6’ distancing. They also have 6’ distance stickers on the floor. All workers had on masks and gloves and they have touchless payment methods for credit cards. I haven’t eaten inside any restaurants since Covid started and I’ve only recently started doing takeout. I’m still not doing fast food. Paranoid? Maybe. However, I would feel completely safe eating inside this location. They are very courteous and even checked on us outside, to see if we needed anything.
