Wendy's — Restaurant in Kernersville

Just went in for a Togo order got a small simple order and should have checked my bag before leaving cause I was missing 2 of 5 items.... however the food was fresh hot and good... the night shift manager that nice was very sweet fixed me up great for the bad experience I had with the day shift! She was much more pleasant to deal with that the day crew who I felt were rushing me to order frustrated when I asked for my items to be combos for a better price which I've worked fast food so that should be common Courtesy to save a guest money....that's part of running a cash register for a corporation....your ain't just to tap a button we could take our own orders if that were the only thing ur paid to do!!! Anyways the guy in back kept rushing the order taker who was short tempered with me all just to end up giving me half my order.... Terrible!!! And to boot I came inside to ensure I could take my time ordering and get the right things... the guy in the back was so worried about my order the entire time she was taking it and I was so frustrated with the whole mood I grab the bag had to ask for sour cream 4x they tried to give me 1 pack I said I need 6 more packs when I got home I had 4 total.... I spent almost 30$ on food and couldn't even enjoy my meal that's a real...

This location is absolutely the most disgusting restaurant I think I have ever been in. We came after bowling one Sunday around 8pm and my 5 year old daufgrer had to go to the bathroom and I had to make her hold it until we got home bc it was so gross!!!! We waited 20 mins for our food and the service was terrible. Ok so we tried it again on a Friday afternoon ( right now, at 645pm) and still .. Bathrooms are disgusting. Looks like someone washed their hair in the sink... The "drink machine is sticky, out of a lot of choices, and the floor is wet all around with NO SIGN. The flies the flies the flies.... And its only May 4th!! I had to get the cups for ketchup under the counter myself. Also whoever invented cups for fries needs to be fired!!!! Trying to juggle small children and a tray of toppling fries was stupid. I'm surprised this location is still open. The one on main street in Kernersville is NO better!!! We visited there and walked in to a young guy behind the counter with more gold in his mouth than a mine! He continued to text on his phone which laid on the counter beside the register. Never greeted us... And asked us about 15 times.. "What was that?" Bc he was too busy on his phone while...

We were there around 8pm on 9/3. The girl working the front counter was doing an amazing job. She was taking orders, stocking, cooking, and fixing the problems. She gets 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Unfortunately the business gets 1 star 🌟. The floor around the soda machine was disgusting and standing in liquid. Our 4 separate orders got deleted off the board and they could not figure out why we were still standing there. We finally approached the counter and she had to go back and find the orders. One lady in the kitchen with her gloves on wiped the sweat off her forehead and then with the same gloves started making food again. Manager was chatting with people and then disappeared. Finally food seems to be ready, well the burgers were but the fries and nuggets did not get put in the fryer. Got are orders outside and two of the orders were completely wrong. 40 minutes to get our food. There was only 3 people in line in front of us inside but the drive thru was wrapped around the building. We were just passing through when we stopped here.
