Dreyers Grand Ice Cream Parlor — Restaurant in Kerrville

I was so excited to try this place out on a very hot day. I was sooo disappointed. The place inside is so small, I can not even say it's cozy. It was far from clean. The floor had remains of ice-cream droppings and tables had not been attended to. I was already there and decided to get a 2 scoop waffle cone, but they did not have the ice cream flavors I wanted, so I settled for Rocky Road. Nope! It tasted bland as if it had been in the freezer too long. My friend wanted a banana split and was told they were out if banana splits. The young lady looked frustrated as if she had something else to do. Well, she did. Her shift was over, but that's no excuse not to give your best customer service whether I was the first or apparently the last customer who walked in. Save your money and time. Sorry, just...

I prefer this place over the Baskin Robbins in town. The cones don't ever taste stale, there's never any wait, and getting in and out is fast and easy since the parking spots are like 2 steps from the door. I wish they had more flavors, but what they do...
