Subway — Restaurant in Kerrville

Ordered the salad with mixed cold cuts. 1st mistake, out of tomatoes!! Absurd! Go buy some. This is a sandwich which shop. Then the guy making my salad hand ripped the cold cuts in half and laid on top of the lettuce!! Are you kidding me!! I ordered the subway vinaigrette and was told they don’t carry it anymore. Ok, companies make changes. I can accept that. I ordered medium drink but when I went to get it there was a sticker on machine saying Diet Coke wasn’t working. Ugh! Another disappointment!! So I chose Bargs Root Beer and the dispenser only gave me clear carbonation!! I was totally dissatisfied at this point!! I paid slightly more for than $12.00 for this horrible experience!!! I will never, ever darken the doorsteps of this sandwich shop again and I’ve been going there for over 10 years!!This poor excuse of Subway is located in Kerrville...

I have never had any issues with this Subway until yesterday when my husband and I went there to get food. They didnt have hardly anything to choose from. The produce that they had sitting out looked like it had been out all day. The lettuce was brown and the spinach was almost black. Out of all hread besides one footlong wheat and wraps. Hardly had any sauces either. I ended up getting a wrap with steak. The person that made my wrap didn't know how to wrap it. My husband got a cold cut footlong. This undoubtedly has to be one of the worst Subway restaurants within 100 miles! Dirty everywhere inside, air conditioning vents and ceiling covered in black dust and dirt, mold. The food isn't covered properly and the entire serving line is food mixed up with each other and spilled ingredients left on the line, making for a recipe for food poisoning in my opinion! Employees are rude, unsanitary, and don't care anything about themselves, much less customer service and cleanliness! This location is a health violation to even be open, in my opinion, and I will be contacting the city...
