I highly recommend coming here to enjoy the calm and peaceful surroundings. There is a nice trail surrounded by beautiful cypress trees along the edges of the Guadalupe River. It is my new favorite place to visit nature and relax. You can park at the Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library and walk down the accessible ramp to the bridge that goes over the Guadalupe River.

Went Friday for the snow and lights. My daughter was so disappointed. The snow machine was a compressor blowing dish soap bubbles. There were hardly any lights. If the city put money into this, it was pocketed. Sad, very sad. Don't let the picture on Google maps fool you. It's not a picture...
