Tuesday July 23rd. Mid day around 1:30 p.m. my significant other and I decided to go to McDonalds for a late lunch, as we were busy running errands in town. The drive through was nearly empty but we decided to go inside to avoid our order being made incorrectly and us not knowing until we got home across town. I ordered the same thing that I always order, McChicken sandwich, plain, add cheese, add bacon. I double checked my order with the teller prior to paying and having her enter the order. When I received my sandwiches I checked to make sure that they were made correctly, as I knew the chances of that being the case! There were 2 tomatoes on each sandwich that had just the ends cut off. McChicken sandwiches dont come with tomatoes on them, and I didnt order tomatoes!!!!!! It was brought to the attention of the manager at which time she promptly addressed the issue with the 2 people making sandwiches. These employees laughed in her face and then ignored what she was saying. The manager told them that it wasnt funny, and to make them proper. They continued to laugh at her, while incorrectly making 2 new sandwiches. THE MANAGER handed me the sandwiches without verifying that they were made properly. I opened the first sandwich and it had no bacon! Neither did the second sandwich!! Now we are at 4 wated sandwiches to get my 2 sandwiches made properly. At this time the manager offered us our money back, and free "desert" whatever that means!?!? I refused the money back and the free desert, I just wanted what I ordered and payed for! This was done intentionally and I feel that the 2 people who dont want to do their jobs properly should be removed from this establishment! I honestly felt bad for the manager even though she was clearly unqualified to be managing a fast food establishment! I would go literally anywhere else if you are hungry! You dont have to take my word for it, look at literally any other review, they are all bad! Their Facebook page reviews are a lot worse than here in Google. I will be leaving a...
Read moreI don’t know what kind of covert operations McDonald’s is running here, but apparently answering the phone is not one of them. I called—multiple times, at reasonable hours—just to ask a simple, burning question: Do y’all have the spicy McChicken or not? That’s it. I wasn’t asking for the secret sauce recipe or to speak to Ronald himself. Just a yes or no. But alas, the phone rang and rang like it was trying to escape its own existential crisis.
This location clearly operates in a vacuum where customer service is optional and phones are just decorative. Are they using them as paperweights? Are they plugged in? Are they haunted? I’ll never know, because not a single soul picked up. Maybe they're too busy microwaving old nuggets or spilling Sprite in the back to notice a ringing phone, but come on—basic communication shouldn’t be this hard.
It’s 2025. We’ve got AI writing poems and robots flipping burgers, and yet I can’t get a straight answer about a sandwich with a little kick. Disrespectful.
1 star, and that's only because I...
Read moreOctober 10,2023 Some man kept fallowing me around. I thought he was in line. He kept swaying side to side. He was dressed like a hobo. Doing something on his phone. Didnt order nothing. Major creep. Nobody did anything. Like ask if he was gonna order or kick him out for loitering. I never liked that this isn't part of the chain of McDonald's. Their prices are too high. 16 dollars for a fricken sanwhich?!
Despite the horrible stories I've been told. I still go. Love your food. Always have. The employees are always nice. Except for one janitor? who stood there watching me while I ate🙄smh.. It makes me uncomfortable. & hard to enjoy myself. Wasn't sure who to talk too. Would love it if they'd make the drive through available to those who have no car. Especially at this time. Please bring back the 80's-90's happy meal toys🙌I never really could get them as a kid. We hardly went. I'm a collector. It would be nice to have more diversity...
