Very disappointed with the behavior I'm the regular customer and I order every day from south dixie dr branch they make really super drinks and we got addicted with mocha And unfortunately few days back i ordered from different location Where i didn't like the taste and it was really very bad, as i drink daily i know the taste of the drink And next day i gave a call to south dixie dr and requested to make according to my instructions they made really very yummy drink I really wanted to thank them When I tried calling them next day they cancelled our drink from then till now they are cancelling my orders When we are trying to call them they disconnected and saying we don't know english What kind of behavior is this? Is this the way they treat a daily customer And when i asked for reason next day they were like you're processing the refunds all the time so, we are instructed not to make orders for you We are not even bothered about the refunds....Literally I spent nearly 1100$ in 2 months why i'm even bothered about refunds??? We are only upset by the taste and service of other location NOT with South dixie dr branch, they will definitely make according to our instructions.... when we are chatting with Grubhub regarding different location they're automatically refunding us We asked them to make sure this doesn't repeat but they them selves refunding us Never expected this kind of behavior from south dx dr I'm seeing from past 3days Cancelling EVERYDAY we are not asking you guys to give free drinks right? We're paying from our end whats wrong then? this kind of behavior is very bad First of all know the fact what happened then talk to the customers cancelling the order doesn't make any sense
I suggested my friends and family to try the boba from south dx dr I myself referred many people and i spent hell lot of money on this with LOVE
This kind of behavior will loose many customers now and in...
Read moreAll of our visits here have been excellent. Except for earlier this week when an employee that was new to me, a white kid with a pony tail, made me a milk tea with only a Tablespoon of Boba and only milk...no tea. I tried again tonight because everyone deserves a second chance. We were there right before closing, though it was a little more than 5 minutes before when we joined the drive thru line. When we pulled up, we sat there for 2-3 minutes and then he opened the window and said, "It's three minutes before closing and we can't make any more tea" in a rude and condescending tone then shut the window. We sat there a few minutes reviewing our options and another employee opened the window, I said that I knew it was close to closing but generally customers were still served, and the pony tail kid came back and with extreme rudeness said that they would not make tea if it meant working over 8:00 and slammed the window shut and drew the blind. Save your money, and get Boba...
Read moreLove Bubble Tea but had never had Blossom. The menu is quite extensive and has something for everyone. There is choice in everything, they even have KID SIZE! Amazing. It seems like Blossom let's each ingredient speak for themselves rather than marrying them with other things in the menu which can be good or bad. I asked if I could mix the Lavender Milk tea with the strawberry green tea. The girl at the window seemed to be fine with the idea but I ended up being given Lavender Vanilla Milk Green Tea instead. It tasted like a Lavender version of the VERY sweet strawberry milk you would have had as a child. My son got the honeydew milk tea. He's 5 and loves sweet things but this was too sweet he didn't want to finish it. Moral of the story: good bubble tea but ask...
