A friend recommended Kung Fu Noodle. I was initially turned off by the idea due to the outer appearance of the restaurant. However, once I entered it was night and day. Kung Fu Noodle is slick in design and has an awesome menu. I must also mention the staff is friendly, helpful, and serviceable.
The menu is exceptional. Featuring noodles and soup, the restaurant offers a great variety of soups and noodles. I had the beef and noodle soup and it was rockn'. The beef was tender and the broth alone flavorful. My buddy had the dpicy Dan Dan which was unique. I tried it and it had a Italian flavor to it. It was delicious.
I was impressed with the appetizer menu. They offer lamb skewers for a dollar a skewer. I ordered 3 and it was not enough. I also ordered the braised hard boil egg for 80 cents which blew my taste buds.
As a fan of Chinese food, I often judge restaurants by their chicken fried rice. Kung Fu Noodles' chicken fried rice is the best I have ever had in Ohio. It matched rice I've had in NYC when I lived there.
Overall, the place is amazing. The prices are reasonable and the food top notch. The actual restaurant is modern and clean. However, not a lot of space. So get there first if you...
Read moreEverything about this place is amazing. I was watching a show where a character was eating noodles, so I had a craving for noodles. I looked up noodle places around me and I found this place, saying they had hand stretched noodles. I looked at the menu and some of the photos and saw that the Classic Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup was exactly what I was craving. Once I tried it, I was blown away with how delicious it was. The noodles were chewy but in a good way. Like you can tell they’re not just noodles from a box, they’re quality hand stretched noodles. The lamb skewers are amazing as well! Lamb is my favorite meat, and they season and flavor it just right. I could easily eat 20 of them if I let myself. I was back the next day after trying this place and got more delicious noodles. The day after that, they were closed and I lowkey wanted to cry. I came back the next day they were open and I ordered more noodles. It’s easy to spend every day at this place, so be careful! The food is very addictive! And it’s easy to overeat because it’s all so tasty. The service is fast too and the staff are all very friendly. Thank you so much for all the...
Read moreI've both dined in and had take-out from this restaurant. The dine in experience feels very home-ey, with cute little cat photos/icons throughout the restaurant. They had cozy music playing in the background, which made me feel like I was eating close to home. This is a smaller restaurant, which is great for a casual meal. They also have a single stall bathroom which is nice.
The food is great, I don't eat pork so i usually ask for them to substitute their pork for chicken or beef and they had no problems with it. I've tried their chicken gizzards and spicy tofu rolls (my favourite). Their portion sizes are big enough for me to struggle finishing them, which I've could've honestly taken home for another meal.
The takeout experience is also great. They packaged the broth seperate from the noodles as to not get the noodles too soft while in transit.
I recommend Dan-Dan noodles, and the Lanzhou...
