Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Kettering

The staff was great. Great all the way up to the point of forgetting my cheese on the side of the five cheese coneys that i asked for. They even missed putting the cheese on the additional cheese coneys that i ordered for my son. The cheese was actually suppose to be on those. But the manager made it right and took my name to give me a store credit for the entire meal for our next visit. Big smiles here! After over a month we finally made it back. With receipt in hand i met Sean at the counter. We were greeted with a hearty hello and a smile from the staff. He remembered the call and conversation. The friendliness of everyone made me feel like a very important person. With speed and kindness our food waa replaced and in our hands within minutes. All of the customers were smiling. All of the staff was smiling. I felt at peace and very comfortable. I want to say thank you to Sean and his staff! Keep up the great service...

The manager on duty doesn't have what it takes to manage a crew of people. Animals maybe, humans, nope. You are only good as the people around you. If you scream and hollar without giving a positive direction to go then try working somewhere else. Poor girls doing their best and you are being childish and screaming at them from the dining room. Food came out Luke warm and my spaghetti was more soup than anything. Pay more attention to quality and stop abusing employees because you hate your life. I'll patron this place for the quality of the servers but you need to check your staff and realize the manager there today needs more training before he is in charge of others. I just left this location and wow what an absolute total nightmare this little child with such a nasty attitude as my server her name tag said Payton, I have never been treated so rudely by someone with such a nasty attitude I understand she's young but that's no excuse whatsoever my service was horrible I had to wait about 10 minutes before even better recognize I was sitting there absolutely unbelievable I've been coming to this location for years and not once have I ever had this type of treatment.
