Despite me not having to use his service. I gave him five stars for his customer service skills and professionalism. I called to inquire how much would it be to fix my 65" Smart Vizio Tv. No picture unless you touch the screen. However, the volume worked it shut on and off as well as the casting from our phone to the tv worked. He was honest and said we would be better off buying a new tv and told me why.

He could of told me to bring it in. He could of ripped me off .He could of charged me. He could of did a million things but out of that million he gave me an honest opinion without even seeing it. He did say I could bring it in if I wanted to, but based off what I described he said he wouldn't be worth it.

If I have any future issues with any other tv I will most definitely will be hitting him up. He appears...

When my 65 inch Samsung Smart TV wouldn't turn on, I was a little bit nervous of who to take it to. After reading the reviews for Brett I decided to try him out. Best decision ever. There were several things wrong with my television, and to repair it came with a risk of the screen cracking, making it useless. To perform the repairs needed, was nothing short of a surgical procedure. Brett gave me periodical updates and together we said a little prayer. I was hoping for the best but preparing for the worst when the final phone call came in. He was successful and even took it upon himself to replace some things internally to upgrade it, free of charge. I paid him more than he quoted me because he really did an amazing job. This guy is a genius....

Called 3 months in a row because they said they did not have room for my vintage console stereo at this time and please call back at the beginning of the next month. Beginning of this month I call only to be told “ we don’t work on units that big because we don’t have the room and no one here told you to call back. Not a good way to run a business at all.
