Good place to go if you are throwing a party. The secret to getting the best value is to buy a whole case of something, otherwise you are paying retail pricing on something you could probably find in a much more manageable size at a Walmart or Kroger. This location tends to have more of the local businesses that come in earlier in the day and buy out what they need so they do not have to hit the delivery minimums for direct shipping. Customer service at the Kettering Ohio location. I avoid this place. There are similar stores around the Dayton area. One employee on the floor actually said some shocking things as I asked for help. It wasn't racial or foul mouthed, but I felt the urge to leave immediately. So I did. Upset enough to not even involve a manager. Should you avoid it? That's obviously your choice. Despite being a bit pricey on some things, I really like this store. While it is sort of geared toward commercial establishments, it's not any more than Sam's Club or Costco, although not nearly as big. What I get here is priced no more than the other's, plus it's much closer to home. I usually just run in and get what I came for, but this time I looked around and found many things that I couldn't get at a big box store, or even the local grocery stores.
