I used to shop here all the time. At least twice a week and most of the employees knew me when I walk in the door. It was my favorite place and I will bring all my friends and my family there and bring major business to DFWH. The problem is I don’t know where they get their clothing from but you have to really look it all over well because a lot of it is damaged merchandise. A lot of it has stains and holes and they don’t do any returns at all for their items, even if you get it home and you see how damaged it is they will not reimburse you. The other issue that I now have with this store is on two separate occasions two female employees have accused me of trying to steal from the store. Some of their employees are extremely rude. And they have crazy ideas about what loss prevention looks like, because they have no clue. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location in Kettering and I can sincerely say that they have lost my business in the future because I will not spend my money at a place where I have been treated like a criminal on not one but two occasions. They act like people are going to go out of their way to steal from a place where the clothing is all discounted and half of it damaged and a lot of the items are under $5-10 dollars. What a joke. On top of that the store itself isn’t in great shape, the bathrooms are disgusting, half the lighting doesn’t work and the other half it does work is flickering. I went in DFW for the first today. I had talked to a lady in a thrift store and she was telling me she worked there and that I should come check it out. I honestly never thought anymore of it. Today, after work, I decided to go to the big St. Francis store to check it out and little did I know, DFW was right beside of it. So of course I had to go in and check it out.

It is an amazing store! Name brand clothing and products for great prices. They have a little bit of everything! An amazing selection of women and men’s clothing. Not a lot for little boys. A decent selection of girls clothes. There’s no way a person couldn’t go in there and not leave with something they found that they like. Store is well kept, organized and clean. They also had s great selection of clearance women’s clothes. I love that this store provides all styles of clothing. Relaxed, workout, casual, dress up, business. Anything you want, they have it.

I will definitely be shopping here often (probably more then I should, Lol.) I have to say, I am glad I decided to swing by that thrift store today because it gave me the perfect opportunity to go in.

just left the Kettering store and received the worst customer service ever. The associate was annoyed because I questioned her about them selling three socks. I asked if I could just purchase the pair at a discount because the other was missing a mate. She stated that she was not going to mark anything down. I asked to speak with the manager the associate went empty the trash cans without gloves. I explained to her that she could no longer assist me. She indicated that customers like me make her not want to work in the public. I told her that she should go with her first instinct. Her soft skills went right out the door.

The manager Taylor failed to give me the associates name. And stated that she did not have the corporate number to file a complaint that I would need to look up the information on line. Please be advised that the issues was not withe Taylor or the other manager.
