Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kettering

It never fails... if I go to this location to purchase a meal, I have to make a phone call and return trip for usially the same exact mistakes each and everytime. I'm constantly being charged an extra fee to REMOVE ingredients from regular menu items. Tonight my tacos were so generously made prior to me even leaving my house to get food. Reason for this, they were closed and what they had made was ALL they had left in the store. How I even got the notion to rate and review this location/experience... I googled the store hours so I knew better next go round. The hours listed online are 7am- 1am. The gentleman who took our order via speaker had explained they were closed but had a few items made if we'd like them as well as additional items if they were "easy". Our reciept is time stamped 12:42am, not closing time, and every item we requested aside from the very soggy tacos was unavaible due to us coming after hours. So naturally like any other trip there, I must call management in the morning AS WELL AS make another trip to have our over charges and incorrectly made food items fixed. As I stated above, some of these issues are continuous. I have never received a cheese quesadilla that had melted cheese and was even remotely warm to the touch. That of course would take...

So today i had to come back because last night they gave me the wrong order i am allergic to beef and i asked for chicken all my items were beef and they didnt bag my cheesy gordita crunch. I called and the night manager said brinf my receipt and she would replace my order. Now I went back today the same manager made my food instead of replacing the whole order she replaced two items I didnt say anything but as she is making my food she asks if the cheesy gordita crunch was chicken also i said yes im allergic to beef. I get home bite in to it and its beef again i had to go buy a epi pen out of pocket i called uo there she was horribly rude she wouldnt give me her name or store number and told me if i wanted to replace this taco she would have to upcharge me for the chicken. I tokd her she needed to make it all over again and comp it she told me I'm now trespasses and if i came up there she would have her baby daddy beat me up. She is a short fat brunette with a deep raspy voice but aince she didnt give me her name i cant call corporate i go in to this taco bell everyday sometimes 2 times a day and she is new and this is how taco bell lets their employees treat loyal customers then i will never set foot there again. Usually, the staff is friendly but not tonight.

This night, I was working and the person working the drive through, which I now know was the manager was very rude.

He stated, because I gave him the name on the order I was picking up and didn't wait at the speaker, (I didn't wait at the speaker because most places are annoyed when they go through drive through routine for a pick up order) he wouldn't wait on me at the window and made me go through the line again. So, once I got to the speaker I told him, " Because I didn't wait at the speaker, that did not give him license to mistreat me".

Mind you, I was not rude to him in anyway, I simply gave him the name of the order I was picking up and got out of the way of the next customer, he felt the need to "punish"" me, I guess. I was taken aback, but complied because I was working, I needed to pick up the order so that it could be delivered.

This made no nevermind to me because I get paid regardless of his rude behavior.

However, I felt his behavior was, I hate to say, was based on race. Because had it been "someone else" , he wouldn't have...
