I usually feel like a prisioner of my body and rarely get to have a pain free day.... As a Disabled American with a wheelchair and special needs family members, I can wholeheartedly say that the Ritz Carlton provides by far the most inclusive, amazing experience in a compassionate, elegant, kind, helpful environment. I love it and have been a loyal customer for many years. Osmar was absolutely kind and gentle to assist us. Unforgettable experiences. The rooms are ADA, the beach is private and peaceful, the cabanas at the pool are spectacular, the children's water park is superb, Cantina's Beach Front Restaurant is 5 stars with delicious meals and friendly waitresses/waiters. The ambience is on point. In the evenings at the RUMBAR they have excellent drinks accompanied by live music that plays melodious romantic songs, upbeat salsa numbers, fabulous merengues, and overall make the evening extra special. I love this place. I will continue to return for as long as I shall live. I hope you like the photos. I recommend their Quesadillas and their Fruit...

We were there around 5 pm on Friday before labor day. It was pretty empty so I guess maybe not a lot of guests in the hotel (it's inside the Ritz). Anthony was working the bar and he whipped up some great cocktails for us. The wings, burger and the cuban sandwich were fantastic? It was pricey but that's to be expected at the Ritz. the decor was very classic and well done. lots of dark wood. a ton of rums and also bourbons but don't come here looking for...
