Our Drive-Thru experience has been better... The drink was a medium ( and we had paid for a large) .We ordered and paid for the 20 piece chicken Mcnuggets and received the 10 piece... We drove back around to Drive-Thru to resolve the issue.. Was told by the person that responded to the fact about what was missing in the order... Was told that we needed to get out of line and come in 😬 someone would help us with the problem... This was NOT okay!!!!!! As clearly that's why we were in Drive-Thru for the second time!!! And it was busy... I went in .. reluctantly 😵😖 As I was taking this order to my mother. Jose assisted me at the counter... I informed him of everything about the wrong order and being redirected to come inside after two trips thru their Drive-Thru... He was not that interested in my needs or how upset I was... Customer Service might be a good idea with training... He did bring me the missing 10 other nuggets... It's sad.. when I got back in the car I told my husband " It's just McDonald's... And this is always my expectation of service & the order being right... Something is always wrong(missing sauces, no straw, no fries, wrong size drink, wrong food period).. And I'm surprised & happy if once it's correct.... If my mom didn't like your food... We would certainly go...
Read moreThe food and service was good, BUT we had booked a birthday party for my grandbabies, (2 girls) and when it came time for the manager to bring out the cake, which was provided for with the party package we paid for, the manager brings out an EXPIRED birthday cake in a box!! The date was stamped on the box! My daughter brings it to the manager's attention and the manager says, 'Oh, let me see if we have another one in the back'. After waiting for a little bit, we go to see what is taking so long, only to find out that they do have another cake, but it's frozen and it will take 3 to 4 hours to thaw out!!! Really???? Ummmm, no, we don't want to wait that long, so thank God we had brought a cake from Wal-Mart with us, and proceeded to use the one we brought with us. We asked the manager for some kind of refund on our party and he stated he could not do that, but he could give us ONE hamburger!!! Really???? ONE hamburger DOES NOT compare to a cake!! So we have a call into the owner of this McDonald's location to see exactly what they plan on doing to make it right! So if you are planning on booking a birthday party at this McDonald's location, make sure that the cake they give you IS NOT an expired one! Just a heads up! The hours are clearly posted on the door, they were closed early, & wanted to make me go to the drive thru, then told me that I could replace my terrible Syrup Tea, after she told me in Engels that I could, & watched me pour it out, friends brought it back to me, & it wasn't even 20 mins after they got it for me, then she had the drive thru cashier translate to me that I had to pay for it, after I already poured out!!! She's the manage, & can't even speak proper English, or wear her name tag that's required with their uniform, if the manager cannot take care of an issue directly with a customer, she does not deserve to have that position, I told the translator, " he deserved her job, & to translate that to her." She should be the one taking money, orders, & making up drinks @ the drive thru window. French fries were cold, & soggy, plus my monopoly game pieces weren't even on my fries, they had already been peeled off. What an experience, THANKS FOR STEALING MY MONEY, & MAKING...
