If I could give them a zero I would. I made a $50.68 order threw uber eats and literally only got 1 bag with cookies in it and a shake. When I called to speak with the manager on duty I was told it was not her problem. I said I had the receipt and was even willing to go pick it up the rest of my missing order myself, the manager still did not want to help and said to take it up with uber eats, then she hung up on me. When I continued to call back the phone was answered and hung up over and over again. When I finally got threw and asked to speak with the manager she told me to stop calling cause it is not her problem. I don't understand how this kind of customer service is okay I don't want anything for free I want what I paid for. Read moreSo, I visited this location at 9:59 pm and had the pleasure of being helped by a kind woman named Adrian. She was super patient with me as I couldn't see the menu. I asked if the lobby was open and she was even willing to allow me to place my order inside; even though it was one minute until the lobby closed. It is rare in my experience to visit a fast food place and have someone not treat me as just a number. Adrian made sure my food was fresh. She even asked me about something pertaining to my order that I didn't even think to ask her about. In customer service industries I learned the customer is usually right.
