Burger King — Restaurant in Killeen

The food's as good as any Burger King. My issue is the manager. I ordered delivery and the food never arrived. I called the store and the manager (I'll be nice and not name her) didn't make a by effort to help past verifying the food had been bagged...and continually repeating that the food wasn't her responsibility after it had been picked up. I understood that. Then she hung up on me. She wouldn't Puck up HER WORK PHONE for over 40 minutes. I tried explaining what she could help me with. She got loud and hung up on me again. She picked up when I called back and I calmed her down. I asked her who delivered for BK and she didn't know. And it wasn't like she was sorry or embarrassed for not knowing that basic information. She didn't think there was anything wrong with that.

I called BK's competition. They all knew what company delivered their food to their customers. I called the other local BKs and those managers knew immediately what companies delivered for them. So she's the only manager who didn't know what companies deliver for them. She also admitted she made no effort to track who picks up the food (which would be helpful if an order goes missing...assuming she even knew what company was responsible for delivering the food.

Again, my issue isn't with the delivery error. I already got BK to refund my card. My issue is with a rude, unknowledgable BK "manager" who could've represented Burger King MUCH better if she'd just had the basic knowledge (and better customer skills) to inform me who I needed to speak with re: a driver not delivering my already paid for food. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! First this is the SLOWEST Burger King on the planet! They make you wait 10+ mins just to order. Then after you finally get to order, they tell you to go to the first window and pay. After you pay, they make you wait to go to the second window until your food is done. Then they tell you to move forward to collect your food. (So it makes it all like their drive times are good but really they aren’t.) my husband and I went to grab breakfast at 1017. We waited 10 min to get our order taken then… you guessed it, waited at that first window until our food was done. We get our food and go home (which is 2 mins away) EVERYTHING was WRONG! Within a few seconds of being home, we got back in the car and went back up there. They told us 1. Breakfast was over so they weren’t going to remake it because we missed breakfast…. On the order we already had. Then we were told they can’t remake it because they ran out of bacon and eggs… I grabbed the bag back before the rude manager gave us a refund and walked out. She then proceeded to take pictures of our license plate saying we stole the food that we bought and had to bring back because EVERYTHING was wrong. I’ve been meaning to call corporate on this Burger King just because of the ridiculous wait times and it’s not even just in the drive through. The new Burger King on clear creek road in Killeen, Texas was god awful. Twenty two minutes to get a burger in the building (not the drive thru which had like 20 cars in it). The person in front of me was skipped and was asking for their money back when I approached the cashier. Sad since this was the first time I had been there and had higher hopes for this place. There was a lot of "I don't care" on the employees faces. When the manager came over they made little attempt to show any concern toward me the customer. The customer was not number one in this place that's for sure. Do yourself a favor and stay clear until these people all quit and they get some employees that aren't maybe working here just for the summer. If they could be rated any lower I would rates them negative 5. Not one I'm sorry for the wait, sorry we skipped your number or anything was said to me, they just handed me the bag and went back to work. Awful service and oh by the way... 3 of the drinks were "out" meaning instead of sending someone over to change the tanks they put an "out" sign on it.
