If i could give this place negative stars I would. The lady manager, is awful. She's awful to her customers, her employees, and most likely herself. Every single damn time I order food, they cannot seem to get my order correct. It's not even like I'm ordering a lot of food either, it's usually me and sometimes another person. One damn meal!!! So I go there tonight for some stupid reason thinking it would be totally different, that's dumb on my part because the 10 times I have been there, they can't get a number 1 WITH CURLY FRIES AND A COKE down. Or CHICKEN NUGGETS WITH CURLY FRIES AND A COKE down. It's like way too damn hard for them. Usually I get regular fries when I asked for curly, then I keep getting nasty diet coke when I'm not overweight or feel the need to drink that crap even of I did weigh more than the115lbs I did I wouldn't force my enemies to drink that crap but yet I keep f*ing getting it. Then, they like to give me a chicken sandwich and 2 tacos instead of a #1 or #14 which are like what 4$ worth of food instead of the 17$ I paid for the 2 meals I was supposed to receive. Then they never like to answer their phones busy or not. I work pretty late and only drop by when I can't run home to eat, because let's face it....I love curly fries. Then, I keep getting charged for ranch for some odd reason, it's like in a circle container not the square ones either, which I only need the free ranch with the food I ordered idk about your slightly bigger containers you guys charge me 1$ each for. Then they never show me that on the recite which i find very odd. Another wonderful thing is when I go to talk to the lady who is the management she is absolutely rude. Even when I've had to just order from her, she is a total jerk. No smile, no nothing, and gets the order wrong every single damn time. Like, I didn't make you manage this place, you are working here because you want to, if you don't like it, quit, I was a better manager when I was 18 than this 45 plus aged woman. So tempted to apply there, just because the customers deserve a hell of a lot better than her as goes for the employees. She's a mess. Then, when I order a shake, NO CHERRY BECAUSE I'M ALLERGIC!! Guess what? I get a damn cherry. It's super awesome how much she cares about her job. I get it, I used to work for a few fast food chains in seattle wa and Portland Oregon so I know it can be tricky, and it sucks sometimes. BUT YOU CANNOT EXPECT TO SUCCEED WHEN YOU CANNOT EVEN LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE MOST SIMPLEST ORDERS ESPECIALLY ONES WITH FOOD ALLERGIES!!!! YOU CANNOT BE SO RUDE THAT THE CUSTOMERS FEEL LIKE YOU'RE GETTING THEIR ORDERS WRONG JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE PRAYING THEY DON'T COME BACK BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANNA DO YOUR DAMN JOB. YOU SHOULD FIND A JOB THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE INTELLIGENCE, COMMON SENSE, OR CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SUPPORT, AND A SMILE. YOU SHOULD FEEL GREAT FULL YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE A MANAGER AT ALL, COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ACTED THIS WAY AT MY BUSINESS, I WOULDN'T EVEN BAT AN EYE, THEY WOULD BE FIRED AND I WOULD GAURANTEE THAT NOBODY WOULD EVER HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR MAKING MY BUSINESS LOOK THIS BAD. I mean look at your reviews, I wonder if the owner gives a damn that they are this awful. Whenever I try to tell them they messed up too, can't ever answer their phone or they try and place it on me. I'll be making some calls in the morning to see who even runs this business, because this....this is absolutely awful. I am so sorry to anyone that's had to eat here, and has been treated unkindly by them. But I will say this, I have been treated very kind by 2 employees there that almost make up for their management. One is a young man with glasses that usually works at night and a cute young female who works late afternoon/ early evening typically, you guys are super amazing and kind. I'll figure out your names next time I'm in the area. The young man, with the glasses, he is very kind, and patient with me, very understanding, he deserves to be manager not working late night drive thru...

I sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes and was told they were busy they would be with me in a few minutes. I waited again for about another 5 minutes before I asked again if they were ready. And I was told no they weren't they were slammed with mobile orders etc. I said I was there for my mobile order, and a couple minutes later I was asked to pull forward. I was the 4th vehicle in line. I then waited about 30 minutes in that line before making it to the window and getting my food. They had not parked a single car this whole time but I was informed that if I wanted to check my order to pull around by the door and I could come in if I was missing anything. So I pull around where of course I was missing an item from my order. So I go in and tell them I'm missing my item, which then they have to cook so I have tonwait another 5 minutes while it's cooking and the rest of my order is getting cold. While waiting i noticed the floor was super sticky, like someone spilled soda and didn't mop it up with fresh water. But anyway I got my item and leave. So now I get home and open my food. As someone who was in food service management for over 10 years I can tell when food has been sitting in a warmer. And pretty sure my food was sitting in the warmer while I was in the Drive Thru for that 30 minutes. The tortillas on my wrap were hard, my onion Rings were cold. I went through about 6-7pm & kassie whom didn't even have a name tag, I had to get her name off the receipt, literally scratched her butt in front of us then put our food and stuff in the bag and handed it to us, didn't wash her hands or anything. Then one of my items got left out which would of been whatever if it wasn't a $6 burger, unfortunately I got all the way home before I realized it was missing so out of common curtesy I called before to let them know it was missing and that I was coming to get it, I wasn't even mad or anything but polite & she was rude to me and said "you didn't get it?!" I said no.... & when I pulled up to the drive thru window the lady said no he said he gave it to you and you were on your phone. First of all my phone was in my purse from the time I left my house until the time I got home & second of all a guy didn't even hand me my food. She told me to pull up to the window & the 2 guys in the back and her were standing there talking and pointing at me and talking bad about me like I did something wrong. Completely unprofessional & inappropriate. I've worked in fast food & I know that even if you know you gave the customer something, if they say they didn't get it you give it to them! & with a smile on your face too! So they finally gave me my burger with a nasty look on her face like whatever & IT WAS THE WRONG BURGER!!!! Gave up, sucked it up and went home.
