Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Killeen

I usually love this location.. they have some great people that work there.. but tonight might have ended me and my family going here (Ik they probably don’t really care they’ve got plenty of customers, but i just don’t wanna deal with this ever again). Being a busy military wife working full time and going to college some nights we need a quick meal like pizza.. so i order and they say it’ll be here in 30 minutes.. i sit on my couch 2 feet from my front door and start studying.. i look up and realize an hour has gone by so i call them and they say he came but no one was home.. well my door bell was never rang?!?!? So they say 30 more minutes to make and “redeliver”.. the manger and instore employees were so nice.. but then the delivery guy shows up an hour and a half after placing my original order and i open my door with a smile because my food was finally here!! And the first thing he does is go off on me for talking to the manager about the food not being delivered over an hour after i placed the order.. like fully goes off.. i tell him he needs to watch the way he speaks to me.. he says “oh no i don’t”.. tries to ARGUE me that i didn’t pay only to look down at the RECEIPT in his hand that shows i did.. then tells me to sign and gets mad that i needed his pen.. “oh i have to supply you with a pen now”.... the way he talked to me caused my husband to get out of bed “he had been up since 1am at work and worked until 5:30 pm and it was like 7:15 pm.. he was dead tired!!” This is long i know.. and i hate to give 2 stars because this location is usually good.. even the usual delivery boys are good.. but because of this guy i won’t order deliver from here again which means i might not be ordering from here at all because i don’t always have time to...

I called to modify an order I placed online. The lady said it was the next pizza to be made and then transfered me to a guy who I tell what I wanted modified on my stuffed crust pizza, and he tells me that the pizza was already enroute in delivery and that they couldn't call the driver for safety reasons, and he said when the driver gets there to tell him to take it back and they'll remake and redeliver it. So we said ok, so about an hour later we still have no delivery driver to notify and we call back.....this time the guy tells us that they were able to reach the driver and got back the order to make the modifications however they failed to let us know that they got ahold of the driver and for some reason changed our order to carry out, when i had asked why carry out? He told me that the "girls voice" in the background said carryout (which wasn't true) and I the main person on the phone never confirmed with him. At this we were frustrated and didn't wanna jump through hoops for a pizza, id say it was poor service and I'd give it zero stars if I could. We decided to order pizza else where and got it in 15 minutes with no issues. For this pizza hut location, be aware of poor customer service and communication, I'd definitely avoid...

Updated 11/04/2023: I don’t know how to leave a second review, so I’m updating my old one. I would like to give a big shout out to Jeremy at the drive through window, and truthfully, every one I meet employed there at my local Pizza Hut. This evening was the close of an incredibly long, but good day. I am so blessed to have always a good experience here. Five stars again, and highest service rating of all the pizza establishments I have been to, even out of state. Thank you all, and thank you Jeremy!

“One Year Ago”: When the delivery man made my delivery, we discovered the chicken had been omitted. He ran right back and picked it up so fast, the pizza was still hot, and the chicken was super fresh! He was very nice and apologized, but it isn’t his fault. I am not exaggerating when I say there is always something wrong with my order (it is written in the stars, so to speak), so Ive learned patience. But when this problem arose, he fixed it so fast it turned out perfectly. If I’d have had cash on me, I would’ve given him an additional tip. Definitely recommend.
