DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Worst mexican i have EVER ate i had 2 plates one of chicken enchiladas and another of beef i sent the first plate back after 2 bites because the chicken was pink so i asked for beef instead the beef was so disgusting i took a bite and pushed it to the side it reminded me of canned cat food if you were to warm it up it was mushy and tasted awful the waitress took the plate an i got up to go pay i was given my price and asked what they were charging me for they tried to charge me full price for food I didn’t eat and had sent back twice ! Then tried charging me half off and i refused to pay i told them i would pay for the 2drinks an my mans food even tho he barely touched his either because he didn’t like what he had gotten as well she told me i had to pay for my food because i ate HAlF the plate including the rice the first plate i never touched the rice the 2nd i took a bite an it was nasty so i did not eat anymore all i did was push the rice from one side of the plate to the other the cashier had an attitude and was very unprofessional and consciously tried telling me how much i ate of the food when i even took a picture on my phone she told me chicken is suppose to be pink! First time ever hearing that yuck!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We were literally the only customers in the restraunt. We ordered a beer and a margarita and the waitress forgot about the drinks till after we got our food. The guacamole was old and nasty and when I told the waitress she agreed and said she thought it didnt taste good either when she ate it earlier...... But yet she gave it to me to eat and was on 2 of 4 plates that we ordered. The queso was like gas station cheese and it was warm and gross. Food came quick but waitress was slow to get us everything. Not authentic at all. Food didnt taste all that great either. When I paid the bill I expressed my feelings on the service and the food and let her know that the cook doesnt care cause if he did it would taste good. I complained about the guacamole and how she still gave it to me even though she knew it wasnt good. The forgotten drinks and the fact that it was just an unpleasant experience. No apologies. No discount. No manager. I wouldnt recommend eating here. They had a nasty mop bucket sitting in the walk way. All the women up front were sitting down on their phones and kept getting up to watch the news on the tv. Only people in the restraunt yet we got forgotten. Dissapointing. I go to this location at least once a week for breakfast. I have been doing so for about the last six months after my co-worker recommended them, so I'm definitely a regular. I've never had any problems I couldn't overlook. I don't believe things always have to be perfect, but this uncalled-for disrespect is too blatant. They got my call-in order wrong: Bacon, potato, egg, and cheese burrito with avocado. They forgot the bacon; it's not a big deal. I called to ask if the bacon I paid for can be credited to my order for tomorrow. This is a simple ask since you already have my money, and I always tip, even for takeout. It was so strange, but they insisted they didn't take my order they "can't find anything" so I must have the wrong number. It was laughable since I called the same number that I placed the order on; I went into detail about the girl who served me: Black hair, high bun, older, black eyeliner, and light pink nails. Ask her I was there 40 minutes ago. They leave me on hold for a while before returning and just said, "We don't know, so what you want." I ended the call with the understanding agreement that I'd call back tomorrow to order my burrito, and the bacon would be free. When I called back and gave my order, that lady stated she remembered me.
