I just went into this location to pick up an order that I had placed through the mobile app. First off I would like to start by saying when I entered the establishment, I was not greeted by any employee. I saw about three employees standing behind the counter not doing anything and talking. I observed a female employee wiping off tables in the lobby. One of the employees behind the counter asked another employee what I was waiting on. The employee responded he didn't know. He even came up to the register to see if there were any mobile orders placed. Mind you now, I still have not been acknowledged. The female employee that was wiping down the tables finally came to me and asked me what I needed and I told her that I had placed a mobile order. The employee that asked what I was waiting on stated that I didn't say anything. But if I come into an establishment, I should be greeted and maybe then they can see what it is that I needed. Read moreNever once had a problem with this place until yesterday and today (4/11/23-4/12/23) Order thru doordash. As you can see by reciept i ordered bell grande NO TOMATOES cause i am ALLERGIC. however by the pic of food you can see the employees didnt care or pay attention and theres sooooo much tomatoes ruining the food for me. Doordash didnt help me at all when i called them. I called the manager last night 4/11 and her name was mariah she apologized and said the food would be remade if i came and got it. So i said sure i can do it next day. She took my info down for manager today (4/12) When i called the female manager today was not only rude as hell and wouldnt let me finish what i was trying to say she put me on hold to see if they could remake she said that mariah gave fals info to me. She got back on phone told me to come with reciept and then hung up. Rude as all heck! Not only were the employees negligent for the order the manager wouldnt take credit for THEIR mistake. Read moreI usually never have issues with this location but tonight really takes the cake. For starters, I used Doordash because my son is sick with the flu and did not want to leave the house. Anyway, I ordered 2 drinks. A large Dr. Pepper and a small Baja blast. I got a medium root beer. I ordered a nacho cheese Gordita crunch with no lettuce. It had lettuce. But it also had no cheese between the tortilla (or whatever you call it) and the crunchy taco. So it was just a piece of bread wrapped around a crunchy taco...that's not even how you make a Gordita crunch??? I ordered a bean burrito with no onions. It had onions. Lastly, I ordered mild sauce, and got hot sauce. Almost nothing about my order was correct. The only thing correct was my sons tacos, which I'd hope so since it has 3 ingredients. This is unacceptable. I don't know if the workers were just being lazy or not, but clearly they can't read. What if I was allergic to onions? What if I was allergic to lettuce?
